I have been to this same restraunt twice in the past month. August 5th, 2023 and August 23, 2023, and on both occassions the same person was working register(a Black female, maybe mid 40s in age) whom said they were visiting from another store. Each time, when I arrived for curbside delivery I waited and was never brought out my food. The female working register, was seen standing outside the store smoking on the first visit as I pulled up to the store. When I finally went inside to ask about why my food was not brought out? She told me she was busy, unaware that I had been watching her smoke a cigarette. This lady was very unprofessional and had an attitude with me. On the most recent occassion, Again, I arrived, waited and was never brought out my food. So I went in and asked if the store no longer participates in curbside delivery. I was told yes, but again they are busy and short staffed. This time the same woman smelled like weed and gave me the wrong pizza. Never going back

First of all the young lady that was at the counter was really rude when I walked in and had to wait for another customer to get to getting it taken care of his business which is fine I get ready to tell her I’m here to pick up an order that I placed she just started talking right off the top and I didn’t understand it so I sign the paper I’m like what am I supposed to do? She said just follow the instructions on the paper and come to find out it was for DoorDash not what I was in there. So once she gets the paper look at it, she’s looking confused because she did not let me speak and let her know why I was there. So once again, she was really rude. I would not be going back ever again and it is the closest Pizza Hut to me. Thank you and y’all have a great day.

I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and instead of marinara sauce I waved Alfredo sauce because I’m allergic well guess eat MY PIZZA HAD MARINARA SAUCE ON IT!!! I had it delivered so I couldn’t go take it back to the store and when I tried to call no answer!!! (What a shocker ) I hate this location and I will never be getting pizza from here again

If I could rate these theives lower I would. not only did they not deliver my food, when i called no one answered for two hours. To add insult to injury, when i called the 1(800) for customer service the lady hung up on me while asking me questions and when i called back all of a sudden they’re closed too. Then try to contact them on the website its not allowing me to select the store. I can almost guarantee the good reviews they are receiving are paid for or they are employees.

5/17/2022, I ordered a pizza 30 minutes beforehand upon arriving. I get there and my pizza wasn’t made. The two males that was working evening shift was acting very dumbfounded about what happened to my order. I wasn’t given a sorry for inconvenience or even a store credit. Need new employees at this business; neither males was dressed up in uniform & the front counter is messy, unappealing for business

I have ordered here 3 times with in 2 weeks and every time my order is delivered there is something missing. Customer service horrible they do not answer phone. I will never order from this location again. Poor management and customer service. As a manager and employee you should always double check to make sure the you verify that you have everything that’s on the receipt . Highly upset customer

I placed a delivery order online Saturday at 6:26 two LG pizza and 16 hot wings. After an hour past no pizza. I received confirmation of my order and tracking info. Stated my order will be delivered 25 to 35 minutes. My pizza never arrived and staff would not answer the phone. This type of service it unacceptable. Luckily I did not pay in advance with my credit card.
