Do not waste your time trying to order anything here, whether it be for delivery or pick up. I was feeling nostalgic and for whatever demented reason, craving Pizza Hut. Well, I ordered and it has since been over two hours with no pizza. The pizza has been out for delivery for over an hour. And when I try to contact the store, it incessantly rings.

First the delivery driver could not understand or speak english. It would not have been so bad but he did not understand what I was asking him about the missing chicken! He pointed to my order and then I showed him what I ordered on my receipt and my order but still could not understand what I was trying to explain to him! Second my chicken did not get delivered! And the pizza was awful! I have not ordered Pizza Hut in years because the food was not good but thought I would try again but nothing has changed! Food is still awful and bad! Will not order from any Pizza Hut ever again!

So I ordered my pizza and arrived to pick it up. The guy working advised that it wasn’t ready yet which was totally fine. The lady working also confirmed it wasn’t ready and then advised it had to be remade and it would be done soon. So I go to my car to wait. Not only did I appreciate them being proactive in remaking my order due to a minor mistake (it didn’t have light sauce) AND communicating it, they also brought it out to me without me having to come back in. This might be minor to some but literally loved the amazing customer service I received. Hate I didn’t get the employees’ names but thank you guys so much!! The pizza was amazing btw.

Everytime I order from here my order is wrong. I order extra toppings because I know that they are skimpy and I got 1/3 of a regular topping and I didn’t receive my extra cheese!

If only I would had liked at the ratings before ordering. From out of town. Waited an hour because delivery time is 50 minutes. Called told it was out for delivery and I should give them more time. Called back 30 minutes later told my order was I guess lost! Said they could make another and send it out and would be another hour. OR they could “credit” me $35 to my phone number to be used within the next 30 days!

Haha I would rate zero stars if it were possible! So I ordered pick up and then about 15 minutes after I order I called them just to make sure that my order went through. The lady interrupted me and said that my order was on its way there even though I never gave her any information for them to know what order I was talking about. I called back about 20 minutes later and talked to somebody else. That person told me to wait another 20 minutes and if the pizza wasn’t there then I would be credited. Even after I told him that I had placed a pick up order, called you guys 20 minutes before and the lady said that my order was on its way. I gave the guy my information he looked up my order and said it was on its way. So, we waited another 25 minutes at least. Ended up calling back a third time and talk to a completely different person and she told me that my order was a pick up and there’s was nothing that we could do other than get the pizza ready or give me my money back. I said that I didn’t want the food anymore and I just wanted my money back, but they never gave me my money back and now I’m in a big dispute with my bank over this. Anyway they weren’t very accommodating, knowledgeable or even apologetic.
