I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I cannot even begin to express how disrespectful and unprofessional the staff at this store is, not to mention how absolutely terrible they are at getting ordered items to the customers, which is the entire point of their business. A few weeks ago a pizza I ordered was just never set up to be delivered just left on ‘In the oven’ and I waited hours for it as it was my dinner just to find out the store was closed and they never even sent it to be delivered. I contacted customer service and they said the store would contact me in 3-5 business days. No one from the store even attempted to contact me–I had to reach out to corporate CS multiple times. They finally called me but I was in a work meeting–they didn’t even leave a voicemail, that’s how much they really don’t care about your poor experience. Now today, again, they’ve left items undelivered. Today it was just 2 drinks which isn’t that big of a deal but it was still around $5 and given my previous experience (Oh ya they didn’t even refund me for the undelivered pizza btw) I am done wasting my money with them, so I kindly called them to ask for it to be delivered to which the woman on the line was extremely rude to me and saying it wasn’t their fault it wasn’t delivered. ??????. I was like I placed an order with you and items are not delivered, that is your responsibility regardless of if you sent it with a third party or not. She continued to be rude and not offering any solutions (a refund, points, redelivery, literally not offering anything) but I was not going to just take no accommodation at all so she finally goes “fine we will get it out to you”. It’s been a couple hours, still no drinks. So I called the store just to check-in and they deliberately ignored my call multiple times in a row. I’m not even being a Karen as i’ve been more than patient with their egregious service, but at this point it’s a lost cause for this location. This is a horrible store and needs a serious staffing and culture overhaul. Don’t waste your money here. Go to the one on Oak Lawn; I never have issues there and they are respectful.

I ordered a half philli cheese steak and half veggie-lovers. I did this by starting with the philli cheese steak and changing half the ingredients to a veggie lovers plus sausage. What was delivered was half veggie lovers plus sausage and half some sort of oozy, nasty cream. It was so disgusting that I took a picture. Then I drove the pizza back down to the shop and demanded a refund. The manager showed me his computer read-out of what he saw and it was half philli cheese (no “steak”). So, they had a computer glitch, but beyond that the half veggie lovers plus sausage was really sad looking. The mushrooms looked old, the olives looked brown on the edges and dried up. The whole thing was disgusting. I won’t be back for a while. They have a LOT of work to do.

Yessenia, is amazing we came to order a couple of pizzas and she was working by herself and she was able to get us our pizza out in 15 mins even tho she was busy. She served us with a smile and give us our order right in time for lunch. Great customer service will come again!

Honestly this is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too! Alan has fantastic customer service and doesn’t not lie when he says those pizzas are made to perfection for us. Honestly I couldn’t fit enough positive words in this review about this place. Give it a shot and stop by it’s amazing!

Ordered a pizza for delivery around 7:15pm they are still open and accepted the delivery. The estimated time of delivery was 55 minutes. I checked the tracker several times and it said we’re making your order and hour goes by and it says the same thing. I call them and no answer, I continued calling them and they finally answered and rudely said were closed and gave a bunch of excuses as to why the pizza isn’t delivered…. basically this location is lazy does not care about its customers and will lie to cover up their absolute failure of being a Pizza Hut location. DO NOT ORDER HERE

I wouldn’t dare eat the pizza with the way to Cooks looking here walk around with their clothes hanging off their body all slouchy very unprofessional they locked the doors at 9:00 and had me wait outside for over 30 minutes for an order to pick up shouting through the door to ask me questions like I was going to rob her they apparently racist she shouldn’t have her job with a very diverse background in this area across the street from a college

I am pretty sure the Food would have been good if it wouldn’t of been cold when I received it. I have used this location many times and the first time I received this type of service. The driver I guess couldn’t find the address and finally called after about 30 of being lost and asked me to walk to meet her.
