Michael called me on Tuesday to interview. Wanted me to come in that day, and it was around 5 pm. I went in Wednesday morning when they opened. Of course he noticed my disability and I assured him I could do what was expected of me. It turned into he would talk to the manager the next day, I guess for permission to hire me. He was doing the interviewing so I assumed he would be able to hire as well. Never heard back. Discrimination is real and exists, they just make an excuse and think people are dumb enough to believe it. I will never order from this pizza hut in Terrell, TX again and I will spread the word as I do not appreciate people mistreating the way I was born and I cannot change it I have to work and survive. But not here!

The Big New Yorker was great!! I ordered my pizza through their call center, and when I arrived at the location, the order was not in their system. The Mgr knew I was headed to a meeting, so she hurried and made my pizza. She saved the day!!

They never disappoint!! Every time I order from them if it’s for delivery or carry out it’s always hot!! I definitely want to give them a recognition for canceling my order after 20 min of ordering. I got stuck at work and wasn’t going to be able to make it on time and they definitely cancelled my order with no hesitation!!

Pizza was cold brownies were cold order ready 20 min I was there in 20 min see picture couldnt even put holder in right spot. I live 10 min away by time home ice cold order dominos or rockos plenty never had cold pizza. 1st and last time I order from here. Piss poor service and care.

Extremely bad customer service by Angie at this location. We ordered a pizza online and they said they have not received our online order. Yet the delivery person came to our door, with the completely wrong pizzas. I called to inform the location and Angie was completely disrespectful and informed me that the Manager was at home and did not speak with customers. I asked her can you provide him my phone number to call me. I informed her I have my order number and she refused to take it down. Then requested I spend more money and order another pizza. They already took the money out of my account as I kept informing Angie but yet her rudeness continued. So when I asked for the corporate phone number, she told me to find it myself. Interestingly, a individual named Kevin called and told me I will be refunded and they will deliver the pizza. Good recovery but because of the disrespect by the original worker-I am providing 1 star.

I just ordered a pizza and hot wings and the lady who delivered our pizza tried to keep my change this why I usually pay with my card they need to tell their employees to stop that this has happened more than once. We my daughter gave her the money she was getting ready to walk off my daughter told her what about the change she gonna say I thought it was the correct amount which she should’ve count it anyway.
