I ordered a pizza at 7:36pm and I never received it. After calling 3 times I found out the driver delivered it to some other apartment and didn’t knock, but just left it outside. When I called about it, the driver told me she could remake it but “wouldn’t know where to take it” without offering any other remedy for the fact I have been waiting over 90 minutes. This is not the first time I have ordered delivery, but I have never had a problem like this. 0/10 would recommend.

Wow! Pretty shocked at the low score. Never had a problem. I live pretty close so I’ve always done pick up. I’m greeted every time. Every time they show me my pizza or whatever I ordered and I’ve ordered at least three or four times from here. Even when the guy was really busy while a few people were waiting before me after a few minutes he still asked how he could help me balancing cooking and phone and other customers, and my pizza was piping hot and ready. Pizza is always piping hot and ready when I pick up. Pizza is always correct. I’ve always had a great experience. I mean it’s Pizza Hut, not a Michelin star restaurant so I’m not sure what “service” people are expecting. You arrive, they ask what you want/did or you give them eye contact until they note you’re there if they’re busy, you say “Here for pick-up online order”, they say “Bet”, they show you your piping hot, alluring pizza, they give you your piping hot, alluring pizza, you leave with your piping hot, alluring pizza, done. Keep on doing what y’all are doing. Y’all are doing great.

I order from this location often and they always get it right! Pizza comes hot and quick. Today I ordered a large pan and when it arrived, the delivery lady said they ran out of large pan so they made me 2 medium pans instead with no extra charge! Great customer service with that. They could have easily just given me a medium and charged me less, or given me another crust but instead I got more pizza!

After this new management or owners have came my experience with this pizza is 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Won’t be coming back they had messed up my order but only wanted to give a partial credit back and the pizza tasting just isn’t the same as before.

There can be an excuse for a mistake(finger print on pizza) during delivery, but never for the first answer from owner as “what do you want?”. If you got a same situation, don’t ask the proper service to owner or shop manager. They don’t even think that’s their fault and to say “sorry” but “what do you want from me?”.

I only like my Pizza from the Windhaven location. 3 days ago I ordered pizza and somehow tapped the carry out . That was a gross mistake. I called and asked if they could remake and deliver because I made a mistake and they did. That’s above and beyond good customer service. Thank you!
