I am all the way disgusted and upset about the whole experience. The delivery driver got to me later then the estimated time by at least fifteen minutes. Then proceeded to tell me that he knocked on the door for over a minute, which is why he had my food sitting on the floor at the door of my hotel room and cold. Not true at all because I was sitting on my bed complaining to my friend on the phone that my food hasn’t arrived yet. Then he brings me a Dr Pepper 2-liter instead of Pepsi. He then becomes irate and tells me to call in and walks off without me signing the receipt. So I immediately call in and was told that I only have two options, get reimbursed for the drink only or wait for another driver to bring it an hour or so later because they are busy. I need and deserve a full refund for this inconvenience I had to suffer when the establishment is only a five minute drive up the street from me. There’s no way my pizza should have been cold upon arrival. I want my money back.

Placed an order tonight and it arrived super late. The pizza was dried out and cold!! I called the store and the lady claiming to be the manager answered the phone saying “Hi” as if she were answering her home phone/cell. I explained that the food was of bad quality and all she said was, “OK” and hung up. As a manager myself of a big box retailer in the city, the customer service at this particular location was trash! Especially after dealing with the so-called manager. I periodically order from here for my associates providing excellent customer service, and I will not do so anymore after todays order.

I was craving a thick crust Pizza from Pizza Hut it had been years since I’d had one. Opened the box an my heart dropped. It was old and stale looking not at all FRESH nor a pretty Pizza that I’d had years before that I remembered.

when I got there she was on the phone for 5 minutes so I sat down. then another customer walks in and she begins to help her instead. very rude, ignorant, extremely unprofessional, she barely spoke English. I had to wait about 15 minutes for an order that had been ready after being the first one in the door.

Ordered from this location order was incorrect I spent over $50 and spoke to rude manager stating they can’t doing anything about my order but give me a $10 credit. Then got an attitude because I stated that’s unacceptable then hung up in my face. Order was warmed up wasn’t fresh at all then had hair in my food as well. This is ridiculous and I will be reporting this store to the BBB.

If I could leave zero stars are absolutely would! Worst customer service I have ever had!! I called to have a pizza delivered that I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. I put no onions add banana peppers the pizza I got no banana peppers covered and onions. I called the Campbell store and talk to Raymond who said he was the manager and told me that it was my fault that there was nothing he could do even though I told him I was allergic to onions to which I am and that I have a cast on my leg and could not get out and drive to return it to have it remade, so Raymond basically told me I was SOL, that there was nothing that he was going to do nor willing to do and that I needed to be more careful the next time. I work in the restaurant industry and if I treated one of my customers in this manner-I wouldn’t have a job. Raymond didn’t even try to have good customer service nor act like a decent human being. From now on I will order from Pizza Inn & will now start discouraging my friends from ever ordering from Pizza Hut..

Great customer service taking my phone order. When I arrived, other customers there also. One young male front desk who was slammed with phone, orders ready & customers. He was racing but handled it wonderfully. Efficient & never lost his cool. Wished me a “Thank You, Have a nice night” while rushing around. And he said it like he meant it. This guy deserves a huge raise. The pizza was exactly what I ordered, smelled good & tasted even better. You need to go here. I’ll be back!

I just spoke to most rude worker there. Male and possibly of Indian descent. I tried to order delivery at the Location online but I was having issues. I checked my debit card and there is a charge there. I called the store to confirm if there was a order there. The associate sounded rude from the start. He asked for my number and my name I specifically asked was there a order pulled from the website. He has attitude, he wasn’t patient, and he was huffing and puffing very audibly. I gave him a warning that he needs to fix his attitude because he’s speaking with a customer. Instead, nothing changed. He continues speaking rudely, I kindly asked to speak to someone else he did not heed my request. He also hung up on me. Please sit this worker aside and have a talk with him, it was uncalled for and not good for business. As soon as I came to review my encounter I saw the poor rating and thought to myself,“Oh that’s why.”
