Usually Pizza Hut pizza’s are so cheesy, but today we ordered to be delivered and was waiting on them and it was said it would delivered in 8:46 pm, but it was already passed 9 pm, so we called them asking what’s going on. They said it was if they can send it but since we were already on the way to pick as it was too late, we grabbed pizza that was obviously cold by then. And today’s pizza was so blunt that it did not taste good at all. And as we got home, it wasn’t even cut into pieces.

Shantrica Youngblood “the GM or AM” called me from an unknown number in response to my unprofessional interaction at this location. I text asking who was this she replied pizza hut. I then texted “call me bk” she rudely replied “I call you tomorrow just answer the phone” . She ended up calling me anyway with a very aggressive tone. While trying to express my concerns she continued to interrupt as I’m talking. I ask for her manager Candice Green and phone # still haven’t got a response. I’m a very disheartening to know Pizza Hut will allow Leaders to act unprofessional in a corporate environment plus handling your business with such disrespect. Not only did she not give me my credit she unpleasantly disconnected our call that should’ve been recorded.

Wow they are so kind. Our order was messed up by the automated system and we called the store and explained the issue and I went to get the order and this really made my day! One of my bros wasn’t feeling well due to a recent surgery and this was a great gesture. I am pleased.

I got a pan pizza. It was either a hand tossed or an unrisen pan dough. It wasn’t as good as I remembered. Also, what is the point of having curbside if you have to come in and sign a paper for use with a credit or debit card? . That is not curbside! People were not too friendly and why can’t I just exchange the marina sauce for garlic butter?
