My initial pick up was subpar the young lady was too busy on her personal phone to acknowledge me at the counter for a paid pick up order. Upon eating the cinnamon rolls are severely undercooked doughy even there is no saving them. The guy at the counter “couldn’t find” my order although it was paid prior to pick up and was within a 15-20 min window.

First, they would not accept the Pizza Hut coupons that came to my house in the mail. Then, I ordered a large thin crust Super Supreme with jalapeños, but when I got the pizza, it have hardly no ingredients. I am not pleased with how they are doing business. I not return to this pizza hut.

This is the second time that I receive an undercooked pizza. The dough is still sticky towards the center. I will stick to their competitors down the street from now on. I’ve made sure to ask for it “well done” but it seems to be ignored.

At first I had a hard time placing my order online. It prompted me to call the store to do so. Well since I was in the neighborhood i decided to stop by. Not only did Cera give me the online deal….she even helped carry my food out so I didn’t have to wake my two year old who was sleeping in my arms. The issue: I ordered a large pizza, but into squares. The remedial they have making pizzas cut the pizza into triangles and then squares. So stupid!

I don’t think I could ask for anything better from Pizza Hut. As if the food wasn’t already great enough, with more than just pizza available, they even have you earn points on your order to count towards free orders too. Quick service, great food quality, and friendly staff.

We love Pizza Hut but I will not go to the one on Carrier Parkway again. Staff of three girls at counter there was rude. And they could not move any slower at helping anyone but they had plenty of time to chat with eachother.
