I’m so disappointed with my order. Food was cold, slices weren’t well cut, pizza was so hard to chew. It tasted worse than a reheated pizza. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I ordered curbside because I was unable to get out of the car. I waited over 10 minutes just for the lady to answer the phone and tell me they don’t do curbside anymore and refused to bring my order to me. She said she was the manager but she was very rude and had bad customer service. They need to update their website if unable to accommodate everyone.

Ordered curbside and the little girl that answered the phone advised they don’t do curbside anymore. I told her my 2 yr old is asleep which is the main reason I did curbside. Little girl stated “oh you’re gonna have to wait then because I’m busy.” Girllll busy doing? Ain’t no customers there.

Two out of the three times I ordered delivery from here they gave me the wrong pizza. The second time I called and they said “we will get you the correct pizza within 20 minutes.” I waited an hour and 20 minutes. All together it took about three hours to get ONE large pizza delivered. Then on top of that, it was cold when it finally got to me… :/

I ordered a pizza online, when I got to the Pizza Hut the lady said she cancelled my order, no call, no email until I got there. On top of that their open sign was still on & even after I left let someone else in.

If i could give it 0 ⭐⭐⭐’s i would. I called in an order and was told over the phone that my coupon would be accepted and was given a total price. However, when I arrived and was ready to pay the Associate told me they did not accept coupons at this location. Not to mention, my pizza was already in the oven baking and they still refused to honor the discounted pricing. Horrible customer service. This was my first time ordering from this location and I will never order from this pizza hut again. Go to Domino’s instead.

Ordered my food at 708p. They said it would be 40 mins. An hour later I get a notification it will be an additional 25 mins and it came from door dash. I didnt order thru door dash. I expect a pizza hut driver. Not some guy showing up in a yellow taxi 1 1/2 hour later and then telling me I owe him a BIG tip and the food wasn’t even hot!! Never again

This is the 3rd time that they get my order wrong completely. It’s very frustrating because they sent me a medium Pizza instead of the large that I had ordered. The dips that I paid for were also missing. I paid for a 2 liter Dr. Pepper and they brought me the small 20 oz. bottle. The delivery man was also rude. I will give my business to Zalat or Domino’s next time.
