One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with deliver from stop to bottom. My food was “out for delivery” for over an hour, got to me soggy, and gross and cold. Let me clarify when I say soggy. The pizza itself was soggy, yes, but it had been sitting in a delivery bag for so long that even the box was soaking wet from the hour plus steam bath it sat in. I tried calling the store and not a soul would ever answer. Whomever is the manager of this place should be fired. This is the worst place to order no question.

I don’t know what this location is doing but their pizzas are awful. We had a credit cause our last order was literally burned and looked like they had been sitting under a warmer for days. The sauce had all dried up and was like cardboard. We had to go out and get more food for kids last minute so they could have dinner. This time we ordered and asked for the crust to be crispy (but not burned) and it was doughy and undercooked entirely. Topping didn’t even cook into the pizza cause it wasn’t cooked long enough. They all fell right off. I’m home sick and now have to recook the pizza myself just to be able to eat it. They either new new employees or new management or to be trained how to make basic pizzas cause they are failing bigtime at this location. Maybe we need to find a new pizza place close by and give them our money from now on.

Friendly service but the pan pizza had a 2” crust. It would be nice if the person making the pizza paid a bit more attention to detail. Similar story with the brownie. The chocolate chips were not scattered but concentrated in one area. We do like that the crushed pepper and parmesan cheese are in mini shakers. Great idea. And the naked wings were nice and crispy and chunky. It is a significant improvement over the years.

Ordered Pizza and after 45 minutes of delivery time called to enquire they said it would be another 30 minutes to deliver. #PIZZAHUT should try to keep their delivery time because you charge us for it else you continue to lose to other Pizza shops around Allen!!

I am baffled by the negative reviews. Granted I only ordered once, just earlier today, I got great customer service from the gentleman named Reza. My pickup order was filled correctly, was ready on time, and Reza repeatedly asked me if I wanted stuff like extra chilli pepper etc. He was exceptionally welcoming and nice to talk to.

3 times I ordered, 3 bad experiences. Two times the pizza was not good quality. The third time the driver was so late he might well not shown up at all. Still waiting 30 minutes after delivery time. Very dissatisfied.

Will literally never order from here again. My food was delivered 2 hours after I ordered. I work In the food industry so that wasn’t my issue because I know everyone is short staffed. My issue is I ordered $30 worth of food for it to come completely burnt and literally looked like it was half eaten before dropped off. Called the store just to be disconnected 3 times before even getting to talk to someone. Taking my lose for the night but definitely won’t be back.

We don’t know why this place has a low rating. Everytime my husband and I go in here, they are friendly and personable. The pizza is always delicious. 5 star rating for customer service and quality.
