Tried the new Cheesesteak pizza last night. Gross don’t get it!! Sauce tastes gritty and has a bad flavor. Cheesesteak is tough almost like dried jerky. Highly don’t recommend!!! Order from Domino’s – much better!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I asked my 9 year old son to walk in and pick up my pizza that was already paid for. He was completely ignored. The employee looked at him and walked over to the wall to sit on something and look at her phone. I walked in several minutes later and asked why he hadn’t been assisted. She lied to me claiming she didn’t see him and gave me an attitude about it. I asked her why she had an attitude and what was her name, which she refused to give me. I asked for the manager and said she was the manager. She refused to get my order until I started videoing her. Absolutely appalled they will refuse service to people and have an attitude about it and promote this type of people to management. My baby was screaming by the time I got back in my car and my older son confused as to why they didn’t want to help him.

Ordered Big New Yorker. Supposed to be 6 slices. They cut it to 8 slices. Try to look past that. Lift slice, completely falls apart in a soggy mess. Maybe it’s that one slice? NOPE. All of them. The guy on the phone says he’ll make another one. Ok. I’m supposed drive 30 minutes again… for a pizza that may or may not be edible? They have no drivers, he says. This sounds like a poorly run operation. I will return when it’s convenient to me and fling that garbage pizza at them for my money back.

Order from here all the time and it’s always something. Today I ordered online at 12:31pm and got an email confirmation my delivery should be here at 1:05pm. It’s now 1:34pm I call the store and speak to Enrique the first time, he tells me 10 more mins and my order should arrive. When I get off the phone I get a text from door dash saying my delivery should be here at 2:04pm. I call back and speak with Enrique again and asked why was I given false information about my order he denies telling me that information. I asked to speak to a manager states he is the manager. Very bad customer service. Now I will get cold pizza and soggy wings! Never ordering from here again!!!!
