We don’t want free pizza, we want better service. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and you’d think it’d get better but it doesn’t. When you’ve got a house full of family and hungry kids you want what you order when you order it. It’s frustrating when you place your order and then have half of the family wait for fresh pizzas because they weren’t made worthy enough to sell. Nearly every time there’s something wrong with the order. The order is usually the same with the exception of drinks, cheesey bread or wings; which are trash btw, not sauced enough and usually overcooked or like they’ve been cooked gotten cold and recooked in old oil. We always get light sauce because you’ll end up with cheese floating on a bed of sauce if you don’t. Then there’s the time our pizzas only had toppings down the middle and the rest was dry and cooked with light sauce but nothing else. There’s one manager that tries her best to satisfy her customers, Imani. She’s been great and she’s had to replace our pizzas on more than one occasion. But I’m so tired of ordering food, paying then having to wait for fresh food because the food we ordered and paid for wasn’t fresh. Pizza Hut needs to step their game up.

Love Pizza Hut but the pizza coming out of this location is terrible. Other reviewers have posted similar pizzas that show an odd lack of cheese and sauce, especially the outer quarter of the pizza.

I ordered pizza and fries from this Pizza Hut location. The fries were burnt and smells nasty. Wasting my money and time. I will not go to this location anymore.

The pizza was put together with no care & was like dry cardboard. The taste was also horrible compared to the McDermott store I usually frequent. My son cannot eat cheese so we have to order pizzas with no cheese for him. It would be great if the marinara was present & evenly spread out over the pizza. There should not be dry spots on the pizza. If I can look at a pizza prior to my son eating it & know how it’s going to turn out then I would expect people making the pizza should have enough experience to know how to make a quality pizza should look & taste like. This pizza did not represent your brand. This often happens when I have to order at an alternative location. My primary location on McDermott was out of pineapples. The manager at the store on bethany in allen tx was extremely rude when they made a mistake by providing a less than acceptable pizza. I initially asked if they could make a new one. However, she was so rude that i didn’t trust that my pizza wouldn’t be comprised. I wish I could always use the McDermott location but I can’t when they don’t have pineapples, ham, or green olives. It’s getting to a point that I will have to start exploring other pizza retailers if this issue continues. The most frustrating part is I specifically ask that the pizza not be dry & add extra marinara since there is no cheese. I pay the same price as if I had cheese so there should not be a gap in quality.

I regret leaving a good tip for poor service. He Forgot my drink. The person in the store thought the driver had it in his car and he had just left. The store is 6 minutes away, and it took 27 minutes for him to get back. When i called back to complain my call was ignored twice then when they finally answered, he asked what I was looking to get out of it and that there wasn’t really anything he could do.

I ordered the Detroit style pizza where there was next to no cheese on the crust. When I called to request a refund the employee told me he couldn’t do that and the general manager would have to call me on Monday. When asked the employee gave me the name of “Malik.” The general manager never called. The service was also horrible. I was in the Pizza Hut and was not helped until 8 minutes later. I read the previous reviews and there’s a common trend. I do not recommend going here. Take your money else where. Huge waste of time.

I ordered online for carry out last night, 3/17/2023. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. My food was delivered to the counter at the time promised straight from the oven. I had prepaid online so I was thanked, asked to return soon, and told to have a good night. A wonderful experience.
