I have never had a bad pizza from this location. I might be insulting all the Italians worldwide, but their Super Supreme stuff-crusted pizza with pineapple is the best pizza I have ever had in my life, excluding the known calories.

I like my food to be well done and most places struggle with this request but not pizza hut on 71st and Memorial. They always deliver my orders exactly how I like it. The food is amazing, hot, and the delivery drivers are always so friendly and wear a smile!!!

I absolutely love their thin and crispy crust!!! It is just that. Thin and crispy. I always get light sauce because it’s a little sweet in my opinion. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was in the restaurant around 8:40pm, it was fully staffed & there were several uncleaned tables. I’m also not a fan of the meatball pizza. I just wanted to test it out.

Ordering here reminded me why I don’t order delivery from anywhere, anymore. Ordered a medium pan pizza for $25 (not including tip). The pizza itself wasn’t terrible, but rather so mediocre to the point where it was painful. I also ordered extra mushrooms, but they always sprinkle what feels like 6 mushrooms and call it a day. Pains me to be this negative because Pizza Hut used to be cool, but $25 for what I got is inexcusable.

Customer for 12 years. Twice in a row, I arrived at this Pizza Hut at 71st & Memorial & nobody was working the drive-by window. This time I honked & knocked on the window but still nobody came to the window. I parked & went in & found no employees. Finally 2 employees came in the very back & started to make pizzas but made no attempt to help waiting customers. Finally a delivery driver came in, checked me out, & gave me my pizzas. The pizzas were hot & tasted great. This location is in desperate need of competent management or it cannot survive against Dominos & Mazzios.
