Ordered 3 topping large pizza. Got home after carry out order. Ordered 3 toppings of pepperoni, bacon and banana peppers. Only had 6 pieces of banana peppers on entire pizza. Called location where order took place. Was told thats how pizza hut does it and then was hung up on. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will not being ordered from establishment again due to poor customer service.

First thing is first. This location is a take out location, not a dine-in. The employees were friendly and able to keep up good conversation while I waited because admittedly I make these orders and then walk out the door right after making the order to go get them. I only had to wait a few minutes because by the time I got there, they were just removing my pizza from the oven.

They just can’t put extra sauce on pizza. Not sure how it prints out on the receipt when you select extra sauce. Maybe it is tiny and easy to miss but if I order carry out online and select extra sauce it is like select no sauce, cause it always, I mean 100%, never comes with extra sauce on the pizza.

While the food is usually good at this location, the driver was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. He delivered our pizza and proceeded to tell me that he only makes minimum wage and I should give a tip. He said he delivers to our house very often and I never tip which is completely false. I always tip when I have to sign but the last several times I haven’t had to. Had no idea you could tip on the app but I will say they lost a very frequent customer. Driver needs to learn professionalism.

It’s usually great but this time the pizza was an hour late, cold, and the order was not correct. Drove to the pizza hut location. They offered to fix the order that was it. I hate tipping ahead of getting service and now I deeply regret it. 2 hours to get cold pizza and not even what I ordered.

We eat here a lot. This is one of the best Pizza Huts. They are pretty consistent and delivery is always fast. This Pizza Hut doesn’t skimp on toppings or sauce. They know how to make a darn good pizza.

I ordered my pizza well over an hour ago for delivery I called and they advised me they were waiting on a DoorDash driver. I did not order from DoorDash I ordered from them what they don’t tell you is they don’t have delivery drivers until 4 yet if I come pickup they won’t refund me delivery charge and tip I will take this to a corporate level
