Worst experience. Husband was craving pizza for when he got off work at 6:30pm. We ordered a medium supreme and other things, as he’s the only one who eats supreme pizzas. The total was $65. After the driver left, I open the box and a piece was missing, we called to talk to them about this issue. They gave us nothing but attitude and treated me like we wanted to steal something. All I wanted was for them to re-delivery my pizza and take this one away. I was accused by the store manager who stated “I was standing by the pizza maker the whole time, so I know it wasn’t us who did it”. I think any paying customer, would get upset. This is unhygienic, I don’t even know if he washed his hands, coughed, or even spit on it.

Ordered a thin crust meat lovers pizza, it was dry like it had been sitting under lamps all day, the toppings from the sauce, cheese, to the meat Wes skimpy and less than usual but the price was $6 more than a year or so ago. It’ll be a long time till I get pizza from Pizza Hut. Even Little Cesar’s is better now a days.

They might be understaffed, I’m just guessing. We sat in the drive-through for a very long time, just to be ignored. We called inside on the phone and no one picked up. After we were finally acknowledged, it still took forever to get our pizza, that was supposed to be ready over 25 minutes ago when arriving. The car behind us backed out and left. Just be aware and bring time. Btw, the pizza is cold.

Delivery driver brought the wrong soda and didn’t really care about the mistake. Shook my pizza out of the bag and it folded over on itself. Called the store for over an hour and nobody ever answered the phone.

Pretty overall great place to eat. I don’t personally enjoy the wait time, but yesterday my food was earlier than the delivery date was told. It was as fresh as it has ever been. The only thing that happened that wasn’t to my perfect expectations is the amount i got on my double peperoni ny pizza. It didn’t have double the peperoni like it usually does.

Came in for Dine-in. Felt like Dine-In was an after thought though we were right by the register. They only had 2 people on staff over the 12 lunch hour. Took forever to get drinks, nevermind refills. Food is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. I would keep it delivery or pickup, but forget about dine-in.

Since I’m from deep south Texas I wasnt excepting a lunch buffet here at pizza hut @ Lawton Oklahoma. Great service. Family friendly atmosphere. Great pizza! Great pasta! They also offer a salad and dessert bar.

Get the order right the first time. My order included a total of 5 2-liters of soda. It arrived with only 2 and the driver had to go back for the rest.

This is not the first time I have had extremely poor service at this location. I placed an order today around 11:20 a.m. and was told to pick it up and n 15 minutes. I arrive at the location and got no response at the drive through. I went to go in and the restaurant was closed. I finally got a cleaning person to come to the window. He told me my order was in the board but everyone else had left on an emergency. The very least they could’ve done was to call to let me know. I took my business elsewhere.
