We live where delivery is out of the question, so, I go sit in the parking lot and make my order and they brought it out to me. The young lady that brought our dinner out to us was very smiley and happy… Loved the pick up experience!

Worst experience ever. First of all I understand that there are times people don’t have child care but as soon as we walk in there is a child asleep where people would normally wait to get their to go orders.Then after we got are food was informed they did not have Ranch dressing. So I made the comment that might have to go to mazzio’s and get ranch and the waitress said that’s what I would do too. So that’s what we ended up doing instead of just walking out up and leaving our food my son ran to mazzio’s got ranch and came back that is just uncalled for. How can a pizza place not have Ranch dressing and apparently according the lady have not had it in a while. Not sure how this Pizza Hut is still open.

I had to come and change my review because I just had a bad experience with this store. I know with today a lot of people don’t eat in much. But today me and my 7 yr old stopped in there to eat lunch and to just sit and have a good lunch together some slow down time because with him being autistic we are always busy doing something and we ordered two personal pan pizzas because neither one of us can eat a whole lot and I ordered extra pepperoni and when she brought us out our pizza, I asked her if this was extra pepperoni and she was rude in telling me yes it is and that we are not supposed to put but a few on there. Ok I understand that but I asked for extra pepperoni and was very glad to pay extra for those slices. She just walked off and we never have any issues with this place but today took the cake with me. Very disappointed with the service I got today. I will leave the picture of their extra pepperoni with this review.

Worse everr. Ordered a pan pizza, got a thin dried up pizza. Ordered a personal pizza for our daughter. It was dropped on floor by server. I had to go ask for a refill on a drink. I should have known it was going to be bad after waiting 40 minutes for our order.

We decided to try pizza hut today, I downloaded the app and ordered a big box. Says ready in 15 minutes. I was supposed to be ready at 530pm I arrived @535. Called lady stated it was not done yet and will be brought out as soon as it done. OK, no worries but 6 comes around and a few people came and left, so I went in and a lady came in behind me, they got her her food then asked my name and my pizza had been ready but just set to the side. Never again.

Ordered a big family box and wings from here, and they were being super rude while we were in the lobby complaining about us not knowing we were in there, saying we weren’t answering the phone yet we already went in told them our name then proceeded to complain about how THEY didn’t have dough to make our order. Don’t know why they didn’t mention it instead of complaining we didn’t answer their calls. Don’t know how a pizza store runs out of dough and definitely no reason to have horrible manners to a CUSTOMER when your store made a mistake horrible service to get NO food.

Had delivery the guy showed up with the pizza on time and was really nice. I wish I would have has more than a dollar I could tip him. He had a little trouble finding the address but called and I waited by the street for him. His attitude is why I would have pizza delivered from this place again good manners goes along way in business. Thank you Billy.
