pizza hut over the last year and a half has under cooked, burnt, not sauced or cheesed and not season things we order. they messed up one of our so bad that we didn’t get our food for four hours, they offered us a refund and a free order in the future and didn’t follow through on either I’m sick and tired of how the pizza hut in town treats its customers. this time they did not season my melts because of course they didn’t its not like I very simply order 2 of the exact same item or anything and absolutely nothing else… I have never had this happen to me at any other pizza hut, every time they say they are gonna refund us and never do they’ll tell us to wait a certain amount of days the say oh we can’t do anything about that cause it’s been to long, ridiculous.

Don’t do it! I had a coupon for a free large pizza (that I got because they screwed my previous order up so bad). So, I ordered a large pan pizza. I got a medium hand tossed. The employees could not be bothered to come to the window, hubby had to park and go in to get my wrong pizza I called the area manager. He never called me back. I will not be giving the “new management” of the Lindsay Pizza Hut another chance.

Just wanted to say Nina did an amazing job tonight she did the wow! Factor she was hustling literally running to make sure everyone was taken care of then she took a delivery checked on everyone before she left and as soon as she got back she checked on everyone again and not just our table she had multiple tables she was doing everything with a great attitude and a great smile she needs a pat on back. Thank you Nina you did awesome very impressed. And I don’t impress easily.

Ordered on-line and they where out of large pizza crust and bread sticks. I did speak to the manager a few days later and she was understanding and stated that corp. only allows them to order so much. I told her I would be calling Corp and letting them know the issue. Because it was my birthday month I lost my free breadsticks and the manager offered to replace them for me next time I visit.

how is there still no 0 star rating? anyways, from the 2 years i have lived here its gone way down. takes them nearly an hour to deliver less than a mile. had to get carry out yesterday, said it would be 14 mins. waited 14 mins to drive there (hence the first sentence) as it takes a couple minutes. waited in the drive through for 20. was told it would take longer. in total nearly took a whole hour and the pizza was so thin you couldn’t pick it up, plus not even cut throughly. The girls inside were just hanging out and messing around too

No silverware. No plates. No serving spatula. Inappropriately sized to-go boxes. Fly on pizza. NO one else eating yet many dirty tables. I hope the waitress gets more training to improve her tips.

Horrible. Ordered 2 zesty Italian pepperoni and ham salads. No ham or pepperoni. Brought this to their attention so they brought us HOT (baked) pepperoni and ham. We were the only dine in customers the entire time we were there. 5 dirty tables never got cleaned up. If we wanted a refill, we had to go ask for it. No wonder the place is empty. Never again.

This place isn’t worth your time or money. I may sound like a Karen, but EVERY time I come here something is wrong with my order. One of the guys there named Cory is fantastic and always fixes or credits my order, but I shouldn’t have to call and complain to get my order correct. The mobile app also doesn’t reflect what is actually currently available in the store.
