Pizza Hut on Lowell must pride themselves on bad customer service. It never fails. They never get my orders right. Each time I order from them my order is messed up. It ranges from the order being completely wrong, wrong toppings, food cold upon arrival, order just put together and sent out any sort of way. I will not order from them again. They’ve shown me time and time again that they lack the skills need to provide good customer service.

The food is always hot and ready but the bacon is very cheaply added even when you order extra. They don’t ready their orders correctly. I always order well done rarely ever get it well done.

I ordered pizza this past Sunday night and received a cold pizza. I called 45 mins after placing my order because the tracker had not shown any updates past ‘order received’. I called and the person said my order had been ready but there wasn’t anyone to deliver it at the moment. So my pizza sat there for a long time and then delivered cold. Also, I did not get my parmesan I paid for. I called to get a refund on my entire order. I was offered a credit but I asked for it to be refunded. Here’s the kicker. They said they would refund $10 and that it had been processed but I paid cash. So they lied to me about a refund. Will not be back to this store.

I ordered some food last night and my garage was open and my grandma was sitting in the garage. The driver completely ignored her pounded on my front door and left my food on the ground. My mom opened the door and thanked him as he was almost back to his car. The worst experience we have ever had with this location I will not be ordering again anytime soon. If I could take the tip I gave him last night back I would.

The amount of time waiting and the quality of the pizza- was definitely not worth it. We paid extra for stuffed crust- only for the rest of everything on it to taste like cardboard. There was almost no sauce, the toppings were almost null. This was a treat and splurge for my boys, but next time I’ll stick with my gut and order dominos.

I wanted to order the Pizza Hut Deep pan experience and taste, but I received a Papa John’s/Eureka thin crust, bland tasting pizza. Very disappointed for $70 in cost + delivery+ tip in a world of decreasing portion, and increasing price.
