Not been in quite a while. Decided to try their Melts so I ordered The Chicken Bacon Ranch. First bite I found something in it that almost made me throw up. I’m not sure what it is, but it was not chicken or bacon. It had been cut in dices so I’m thinking it was in their chicken. When contracted their reply was sorry here is $10 credit. Barf, why would I want to eat there again.

Let me start by saying I love Pizza Hut pizza but…….this locations lunch time pizza buffet was not good. Buffet time is from 11 to 2 and we arrived at 1pm so we weren’t pushing the cut off time but the pizzas on the buffet had been sitting there long enough to be cold and dried out. We were there about 30 minutes and no new pizzas were brought out. The salad bar was about the same condition.

We had a group of 50+, called about an hour ahead of arriving and they reserved the party room for us and started pizza, having it all ready and waiting when we got there. The staff was exceptional as was the pizza!

I placed an order at 6:37 tonight fir take-out. Told wait was 20 minutes l. Reality was 1 hour. Yall stink and I’m actually scared to eat the pizza now because of the staff working in conditions of no air conditioning working in the building. I don’t blame the staff it’s a management issue

Very nice well kept Pizza Hut. Stopped in for lunch and had the pizza buffet. Pizza were fresh and hot and the food bar was generally kept full. The salad bar was good and was lacking a few items that you would probably see on salad bars at bigger restaurants. I always notice the buffet never has your bigger crust pizzas only the thin ones..I guess that extra dough cost to much lol. We would go back.

I ordered garlic bread with cheese. They gave me sandwich bread and it was very soggy. The service was amazing though. Please fix this. I was really looking forward to trying their garlic bread.

We went last night with 12 people to celebrate my son’s birthday. Our server, Sienna, was amazing. I spoke to her early in the day on the phone and she offered to help me find the best deals to feed our crowd. When we arrived the back room was ready and waiting. She truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our group! The food was delicious! The cooks did a great job as well!

VERY good service and food! I am always happy with the north store. My server was friendly, kind, and attentive. I could tell she takes her job very seriously. Also, I definitely recommend the pepperoni with white sauce for a little change-up.
