It is one of the very few places (4, I believe, and 2 are in a gas station) in town that has decent pizza. Our pizza has always been made correctly the first time. It’s always done in a very timely manner and the staff is all very nice and helpful. I only give it 4 because it’s no longer a sit-down restaurant like it used to be, but I do understand they had to close it due to COVID it just takes it down a star in my book.

The one in walnut ridge AR don’t answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never get back with you the answering service they have sent us to Memphis TN and they told me there isn’t a Pizza Hut in Walnut Ridge and was very rude we live here so we know for a fact there is a pizza Hut here I didn’t even want to rate this place that’s pathetic

1: Friendliness – Get/Hire Managers and Employees who are not ‘snarky’. This will cause me to never order from your Pizza Hut (2811 Hwy 67 North, Walnut Ridge, AR) again. When I asked who the Regional Manager was the ‘manager’ informed me “I’m the manager.” I specifically said REGIONAL. I asked again and and with such rudeness was informed Scott Porter was the Regional Manager. I would like to be contacted by Mr. Porter in reference to my order….
