Pizza hut is a hit or miss, sometimes they can make the best stuffed crust and other times it’s like they used old dough. Other than that I’d say their service is fast and speedy. I will say when an employee was attending me, they had airpods on and I kept having to repeat myself, rather than them just taking them off.

Door Dash delivery left my pizza outside my door. When opening box, food was missing and pasta was ate. Wanted food to be resent out but Pizza Hut denied that so I had no choice but to get money back. MANAGER called me this morning, went over and beyond to re fix my order, freshly made. Now my babies are happy, eating their pizza for breakfast.

They do not follow directions for orders. All meat in middle of pizza with 4 inch empty ring around outside edges. You will have to contact DoorDash for refund if call store for it, but DoorDash will call Pizza Hut again an you will be on phone with them again. Just ridiculous have all nonsense for refund. I will not order from this place again. Didn’t ask for DoorDash delivery. When I want that will use DoorDash app. If ordering for delivery it will be delivered by DoorDash. So it will arrive cold. Don’t know what happened to store driver.

This particular Pizza Hut has misplaced my order a few times in the past and once today. For this instance, they canceled my order that I made to pay when I arrived. An associate says that you have to pay before hand for orders over $70. However, other pizza huts in the area says that is untrue. Going to this particular Pizza Hut is not favorable and most definitely recommend the Bowman Pizza Hut instead.

Crust was doughy and deformed. Tasted gross. The guy at the window was a little funny acting with me so I decided I wouldn’t take it back or call but I will never go back. One of the worst pizza hit experiences I have had. It was the first thing I had to eat today and was going to be my only meal for tomorrow as well. So disappointed. Just yucky.

I had ordered my food through the Pizza Hut app. I had ordered $86.12 worth for New Year. Door dash delivered only $25 of it. I had called Door dash stating that I would prefer my food redelivered instead of a refund. Door dash sent out other driver with only $30 of it. This time called the restaurant, and I was told that they (meaning Pizza Hut) gave ALL the food to the RAESHAWN (the first driver) the first time. Four hours later of going back and forth with Door dash, I still have not received my order correctly. This was not a great experience. Both companies were being petty and did not take responsibility for this. I am quite sure $86.12 is nothing to them.
