My pizza was very undercooked. I don’t mind doughy bread but the toppings weren’t cooked and didn’t stick to the cheese. I couldn’t eat it the way it came, thank goodness for an air fryer. I didnt want to make my own pizza tonight. Also, they forgot to put honey BBQ on my honey BBQ wings, smh, there is a drop of sauce at the bottom but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to coat all the wings. I placed an order about an hour before the store was set to close and the order went through ( I was charged) and never received my food, when I went to the store it was closed way before they were supposed to close. The next day I went to the store to either get my food or a refund and I was told by the “manager” that was there, that there was nothing that could be done for me. I called the 1800 # repetitiously over the next month and I STILL haven’t received a refund. Terrible customer service and no kind of accountability for the employees closing early. No customer satisfaction in sight as far as I’m concerned. They should’ve handled my situation differently instead they gave me the run around for over a month!! I will not be giving them anymore of my business or referrals. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

I’m not sure who decides when the texts go out, but that needs to change. 10 min after placing order, I got a text saying it was ready. 2 min later it was out for delivery. I literally live a mile from the place and our food got here 40 minutes after the text said it was on the way. FORTY MINUTES

We have ordered carry-out several times from this location – fresh every time! Okay to good service at pickup, depends who is there. We usually order online for ease. Pizzas were topped, sauced, & cheesed well. Yummy cheese sticks too.

The food tasted decent but it was a little cold when we received it and the order was overall incorrect. We called the store and no one picked up for twenty minutes so we just decided to accept the incorrect order. The pizza tasted fine after being heated up and it was almost the correct pizza that we ordered. Unfortunately, we received the brownie instead of cheese sticks and Pizza Hut does not have a good brownie.

I received an incorrect product. I ordered a hand tossed ,meat lovers pizza and instead received half thin crust and half hand tossed. Pizza was soggy. You could not pick up the slices without them falling apart in your hands. I ordered (2) 6 piece wings and they were hard as bricks. Tried to call the store but could never get an answer. Very unhappy with my purchase.

Used my rewards points and got a pizza free but I still spent over $30 cause my family can eat. They have a window you can walk up too. I waited maybe 7 minutes before someone came to the window to help but he was really nice.

I arrived at 11:00 pm and the manager had already closed out their registers and would not give me the pizza I ordered online at 10:30, even though it was made and ready for pick up. I live in the country, and it took me 30 minutes to get to Pizza Hut and I was denied my order. I could not believe that the pizza was made and he would not let me buy it. I guess he was bringing it home for dinner himself. I will never go back there again. I was treated horribly and disrespectfully. This was not the first time I was treated disrespectfully at this store. But last night was definitely the last time I will ever buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again.
