Love the mobile app and the speed of service ordered ahead of time and was gave a 15 minute window got there on time and the pizza was hot and waiting

During this visit I had no issues. I had ordered a personal pan pepperoni, real bacon, and mushroom pizza with that order of cheese sticks on the side. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Absolutely disappointed I was told over the phone it would be 20 minutes, 20 minutes later I was pulling into their parking lot when they called me to let me know they had no stuffed crust that I ordered, so they hadn’t even made my pizza. Also I ordered garlic parmesan sauce on the pizza but all of them had pizza sauce on them maybe if they’d hire somebody other than undesirables they could get something right.

Very disappointing ordered pizza with garlic parmesan sauce and got pizza sauce, ordered stuffed crust and got thin crust, and the manager was very rude when I called back he refused to remake my order offered me a refund if I brought back the pizzas. Hire some people that don’t mind doing their jobs please.

Wings are still good. But pizza does not taste the same. Very bland. They don’t put garlic butter on the crust anymore either. Gotten pizza twice there. Every bite gives me a frown because it does not have the pizza hut flavor. The breadsticks don’t have any garlic on them either. Very bland. They are cutting corners here and that is a mistake. People notice. That said, wings are still good and service is nice even in a crunch.

I Ordered cheese sticks with extra marinara sauce. After waiting in line, the manager put my order next to the register as someone in the back yelled “order for…”. Well, that person called out from the back of the line “that’s me”…. The cashier called them in front of me to check them out. After the 3rd person behind me in line was called in front of me, I asked if I could please be waited on since I was clearly first. I got to my car, checked my order, NO SAUCE. I went in to ask only to hear the manager telling the customer in front of me that there was no sauce (hers was missing also). I asked the manager if this was true and he said he would check in the back, but we needed to understand. “This is a hood Pizza Hut and can’t keep extra sauce”,yet they had no trouble charging me for it. I asked for a refund and left the food there. That was five days ago and I have still not received my refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Undesirable empolyees very rude and took 45 minutes to get out a pizza they said would be 20 minutes I know it just opened but they need to close if they can’t do no better than that.
