First this is the rudest Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. Placed an order of two pizzas, a 6 pc and 8 pc chicken, bread sticks and cinn sticks. The driver shows up with lukewarm food and missing one pizza and the 8 pc honey bbq. He showed back up with the missing pizza and no 8 pc honey bbq wings. We said something and he argued with us…attitude and all. Said he would let the store know and of course no return with the missing wings. We called the store (2 different times) and were on hold for a total time of 1:45 and no answer just hang up. This Pizza Hut has the worse service, employees and all around attitude. Calling Corp in the morning.

It never fails. Every time I order I never receive my food on time. I was suppose to receive my order at 8:23 pm and it’s currently 9:27 pm. Every time I try again I think it’ll be at least one time I get my food on time. And each time it’s the same thing over and over again.

I had to take back some Stars.. this last visit was TERRIBLE! INCORRECT food and it was COLD. Although I placed the order sitting in thier parking lot and drove through the pick up window to get it. I went there twice still didn’t get my order right,first ordered on line it took 2hrs. Then I ordered it to be picked up they couldn’t get that right. I am still out of $23.97 and still waiting. My order was wrong. Then i had to argue with staff about my order. Then and only then would they correct my order. If I can show you my conformation number on my order. I shouldn’t have to argue to correct the problem. First rule of business. Take care of customer. They are the reason you’re in business. Explain the problem then use corrective measures to secure the the customers satisfaction.
