I had connectivity problems with the phone app, and that could have been the cell service. The Digital Order Board was showing my Full Name, .. Ugh. I had to wait a few extra minutes, but WOW! that had to be the best tasting Super Supreme Pizza! … and the original crust was cooked just right!

On this day July 6, 2023 the Pizza Hut on N. Market has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They people that work there will Lie to you and in your face. I placed an online order at 8:02pm and at 8:11pm I get a text stating that my order is on it’s way and once I called the store at 8:51pm due to my order bot arriving yet the female tells me it’s on its way, however, at 9:26pm my order has still not arrived so I then go to the location and the female tells me that the driver only had my order while on the phone the entire time laughing like something is funny. Then once the male come to the front he then states that they have one driver and that he had other orders. I told him that the female stated that he only had my order rudely all this after my standing in the store for over 5 minutes just to be told that they don’t have an owner nor do they have a number I can call to place my complaint. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THERE AGAIN AND ONCE I GOT BACK HOME THE ORDER FINALLY MADE IT THERE COLD AND OLD LOOKING BACK IT GO………. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS CAUSE THIS IS BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I used to be a huge pizza hut fan but now… Not so much. There’s no love in it. It’s as if they just threw it together any kind of way. I would have done better with frozen pizza. It wasn’t the worst but certainly not the best. Flavored rubber and cardboard is what it tastes like. I’m so sad it wasn’t like it used to be.

My pizza was totally burnt. When I called and complained the lady had an attitude then said she would remake it and it’ll be out in an hour. 3 hours passed I called back and she didn’t apologize for anything she just said the delivery driver should be here in a minute. He finally made it here 45 minutes after that conversation. I showed him the burnt pizza. He was the only nice person throughout the whole experience.
