Updated to 3 stars only because the GM called me to apologize and offered to give me a credit which was nice. I declined and got my delivery fee and tip refunded. I hope they fix whatever problems caused this.

This store puts delivery orders on Door Dash for delivery. The driver for our order never showed up and no one called to let us know. Had to go to the store myself to find out. Pizza was cold, had to wait for them to remake it. Ordered delivery and finally got to eat over 3 hours later after picking it up myself. No refund, no apologies.

Y’all the Manager Taz is amazing…. Taz contact me to make sure my order was to my satisfaction. Taz was very professional and polite. I couldn’t have asked for a better Manager Or pizza Hut than y’all. The customer service is outstanding (out of this world) :)….. These days it’s hard to get great service from fast food places or restaurants. However I am here to say Taz and the team are wonderful… Thank you Taz and the team for making my experience better than any other…. Y’all have a blessed day!!!!!!

Ordered delivery at 6:30PM for Daughter/Daddy night which happens as close to NEVER as you can get. It’s now 8:00 and all agents tell me our order is on the way yet it’s been 1 1/2 hours and no one can be reached at the store. I of course paid online so I tried to get a refund but they said only those employees at the store could do that so they transferred me to the store which for the 13th time of course didn’t answer. This is terrible!!!
