The food was great , but the service was n6ot good at all. I had a carryout order and I was waiting in line with two other customers. We all was in line waiting for about 20 minutes. We all had to get ot of out cars to retrieve our food. We was n6ot happy customers. All they was worried about was closing up.

I waited for 50 minutes for a NO CONTACT carry out while they left my pizza out to get cold. I was not told anything and came in to the store to many employees not wearing masks; the literal reason I wanted the NO CONTACT option. Both pizzas and the pasta were cold as well. I will never go back to this terribly run establishment again

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut. It’s so frustrating because I can no longer order from here. EVERY time we order for delivery, they call and say they don’t have a driver and ask us to pick it up. And when we try to order carry out we go to pick it up and the order was “lost” or “the system messed up” SEVERAL times. When we do get pizza it is poorly made. I don’t understand why management can’t fix this issues that have been going on for at least a year probably 2 years.

There was a big local college football game (LSU). This means Pizza Hut is usually busy and a little hectic. My food was ready and the lady waiting on me was pleasant. I have another Pizza Hut much closer to my house (on Government Street), but they are awful. It was well worth the extra 10 minute drive each way for good service.

You order pizza with a delivery time of 25 minutes, weathers not great so give a little time..now it’s a hour later and I call to be told my order is ready but they have to wait for door dash so my pizza can sit for hours until they decide to just cancel the order bc door dash never picked. I saw bad reviews but took my chance..MISTAKE

After 40 min past the stated delivery time I tried to contact the store multiple times with no answer answer. I then drove to the store as my wife kids grew extremely hungry and the pizza tracker tool said it was still being cooked, when I arrived the store was unoccupied with locked doors during open hours.

I ordered delivery at 11:30am received a call around 11:55am which I missed because I was working but ordered the pizza for my children who are on vacation from school. At 1:15 I was called by my kids and they stated they still hadn’t received the pizza. I called the store was informed that they couldn’t deliver until after 5PM. The manager Neisha was very nasty wouldn’t comp anything for my inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. This is not my first bad experience with them. On another occasion it took them almost two hours to make my pizza and it only had one worker in store.
