Buying pizza from this location more then 3 years twice a week, but today’s experience is horrible. On the phone lady can’t understand the order and hangup the phone very rudely. I’ll go to branch for order ask her about the phone order she said it’s not me the call center people did that. I clearly recognize her voice. I try to place an order she refuses to take order and say door is this way we can’t served you don’t come back again. I’m the boss here b word.

Ordered (2) medium Pizza’s, hand tossed. (1) cheese & (1) Super Supreme plus 16pc boneless Honey BBQ wings. ($49.42) and that was only because the lady at the window gave me a $5.00 coupon.

Just awful. Employees inside did not care that there were customers in drive thru. The car in front of us was waiting for 30 minutes after their order was supposed to be ready and I waited patiently 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready as the 2nd car in drive thru without anyone behind me before I got out of my car and approach the 1st car to ask what was going on. They were told their order was running a little late. When a lady pulled up from a delivery she went on the inside and straight to the drive thru to serve the 1st car. Since I was standing at the window I asked her why our orders were so late, she asked for our names and she found the orders for both of our cars just sitting in the heating container they had on the side of the drive thru window. The employees inside just didn’t care enough to serve either car in drive thru, so I had upset kids and cold food. I won’t be going back and I now understand why some restaurants are going fully automated.

This place was awesome. Our waiter was excellent. He was very helpful and polite. The food was perfect. This was probably the best dining experience we have had in a long time.

The strangest nonservice I ever experienced. Arrived at 7:30 pm tonight (Saturday) to an almost empty restaurant (on a clear night). We were seated and were then told we could not dine in because “it might rain and our roof might leak.” I am truly not sure if it was because we have a person with a disability with us or something else but it was VERY strange and will definitely never return and tell everyone I know of the poor experience. We then went to 5 Guys (no rain at all!) and had a wonderful time.

EVERY time you order a pepperoni lovers at the pizza hut on ambassador caffery they serve you a regular pepperoni without the 50% extra that comes on the pepperoni lovers. Nothing like the pictures on the menu. Actually more like a grocery store pizza. I purchased close to $100 worth of pizza but no they want to save a couple of bucks by screwing the customer.

my son & i came in today 1/21/23 for lunch to dine-in which we typically do not do. there was one man working the register when we arrived & one man in the kitchen area. we were treated so nicely from the moment we sat down and through the course of our lunch. they only had 2 employees! one of them even had to make deliveries because i saw him leave twice with pizzas and return a short while later. i was patient with any requests because i can certainly imagine what it must be like to work short handed and to try and keep a positive attitude with friendly service. the food was hot & delicious. people are so quick to leave negative reviews when something isn’t to their satisfaction & i can agree to an extent. but we are living in different times now where people are lazy, rude, and not reliable to work if they even work. i figured i would leave a positive review in efforts to give them credit because it is certainly due.

We ordered the Supreme with original pan crust and ate in. The pizza was good. The service was okay, but she seemed surprised that we were eating there. The place was nearly empty. The tables were clean, as were the restrooms. A decently pleasant dining occasion.
