I called to cancel an order place because I placed it to a closer location with less traffic. My call was routed(I didn’t know at the time to the call center). I’m assuming sometimes the store picks up and sometimes the call center, it’s a coin toss. I explain to the representative what happen and that I needed to cancel this store order. My payment method was cash, so I could have not cancel the order and just picked it up at the location I needed. I didn’t want to have them make a pizza without someone picking it up. The wrong order was cancel and I didn’t find out until arriving at the location. I call many numbers to get over to the call center and explain their mistake and now the inconvenience of me driving across time with heavy traffic to pick up the order that was supposed to be cancel. The call center I’m assuming by the accent is located in India(known for scammers). After that interaction now I’m receiving scam emails sent to my email associated with the Pizza Hut account. No more Pizza Hut for us

I tried to give this location another shot because they are the closest to my home but explain to me how you’re not prepared for what the customer wants. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and received thin crust the reason was because they were using fresh product this is ridiculous.

I ordered my pizza at 11:20pm delivery time expected was 12:02 it is currently 1:11 in the morning and I’m still waiting on a pizza already paid for they close at 12 and my order is said to b”in the oven” safe to say I’m not getting my pizza and will have to call tomorrow

Delivery SUCKS! Pick it up yourself. Waited an hour – cuz couldn’t get on phone. It was out for delivery- told me it delivered- put me hold for 30 min. Drove to store and my order hadn’t even been prepared. Only reimbursed me for delivery fee and not tip . Won’t order again.

I ordered a pizza at 10pm, they called and said they were not doing cash deliveries snd I gave a card. 2 hours later and still no pizza but they sure pulled the money out. No phone calls would go through after 1030 even tho they were open til 12. I’m hoping tomorrow they honor my purchase.

Delivery time was horrible due to sourcing out to Door Dash. I will never order from that location again. I didn’t receive my order until an hour and 20 minutes when the website stated 35 to 45 minutes after the order was placed.
