This particular pizza hut is not good. My wife ordered a cheese crust half and half. Got there I was told they messed it up. Had to settle for a regular hand tossed with regular crust. They claim they ran out of cheese crust. Things happen I know but every time I go there theirs always something wrong. After I got home opened the new pizza it was burned and just thrown together. I like pizza hut but just not this one. Independence is a small town and they can’t handle the orders.

This is the 4th time in a row I’ve ordered from here and my pizza is always messed up. First time I got a bbq chicken pizza and didn’t even get chicken. They’re always missing at least one topping every single time I order. Unfortunately my wife picked it up and we couldn’t wait for another to be made. Make sure you check every pizza and make sure you have time to have another remade because they will mess it up. Tonight I’m missing bell peppers

Food was great. Service was great. Only complaint would be that a bicycle had to be moved in order to get a 2 liter Pepsi from the cooler, which is in the kitchen.

I ordered 2 pizzas and knots. The pizzas where so dry, no sauce. Hardly any cheese. Crust was old. I tried calling them but noone ever answers the phone. Kids tried to eat it. Not happy at all.

I had shrimp and oystee platter, fried fried very good not overly batter with flour but fry very lightly excellent price for seafood platter and enough food on the plate only thirteen to fifteen dollars

Make sure you check your order before you get way home with your order and the pizza is cold because i ordered a 12 pice bone in wing only got 8 than the week before i ordered pan pizza only got hand tossed everytime i order from here my order rushed and not what i ordered the worst 1 i been to nothing like pizzahut in Virginia

Get better staff. No one brought our order out and no one answer the phone when we called in. We had to get out and go into get our curbside order and when we got in, no one knew where I order was. The order and ticket was a mixed up and the had to go through people orders to get the right stuff together and when we made it home we was missing marinara sauce and the wings only had 4 crumb that they call wings in the container. Pizza had no sauce on it. It was dry.

I have been ordering from this same pizza hut for over a year now. I’ve only had one issue with an order and it was corrected immediately. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of seeing, from the delivery drivers to the store workers, have always been super nice and polite.
