I came here for a friend. Nice staff, curbside pickup only. Pizza is only ever so-so. In the UK, Pizza Hut is excellent with great food and nice dine in restaurants. Here in Louisiana it’s take out only, and mediocre pizza at best. I’d never spend my own money at Pizza Hut in the USA

My order was hot and ready, but slightly incorrect. The new manager, Mike, went above and beyond to correct it. I took the incorrect order anyway because I was in a time crunch. But i did appreciate his efforts. He was also training new employees.

This pizza hut is inconsistent and can never deliver consistent food quality. There service is subpar and delivery is usually not an option due to “staffing”. Can’t stand that they are the only pizza place that delivers to my home.

The pizza was delivered to the wrong house, the driver could not remember where. The employees at Pizza hut would not reimburse us or give us other pizza and transferred us to a dead line 3 times. So I am out pizza and money. Would never recommend that store

We are loyal customers – the last several months we have had Terrible Experiences with this location. We have ordered delivery and never received it. We have been delivered the wrong pizzas. We are NEVER able to reach anyone by phone. I have even contacted customer service. We tried again recently and had a better experience with this particular location – they even delivered our pizza. We are hoping that changes have been made and additional staff has been hired! I will give this location another. Thank you for allowing me to give my feedback.

Placed an order at 8:50 PM on a Saturday, accidentally imputted the incorrect number so they were not able to contact me which is my fault. Called at 9:50 PM to confirm delivery before 10 since that is when they closed and here is what transpired. I was told the order was canceled because they sometimes don’t deliver after 8 PM. Sometimes, as in they don’t know when that will be because it depends on the delivery driver schedule. Then they tell me deliveries can take 2-3 hours because they only have a limited amount of drivers. I was going to try them again after the last debacle I had with them, but I’ll just stick to Domino’s who you know, delivers until midnight on a Saturday.

The staff was fine but I was not at all happy that I was unable to get black olives on the side as every topping must now be cooked. This is totally ridiculous as black olives are not perishable given the amount that are used every day. I do not care for black olives, but my husband does. We are basically being charged for something that we are not getting. I do not have this issue with any other pizza restaurant.
