Pizza Hut no longer has delivery drivers yet they still charge a $5 delivery fee. My food was delivered by doordash. I found out the delivery driver receives that $5 plus the $7 tip she got from me. When it was all said and done I received a cold $15.99 plus tax and delivery charge pizza and paid roughly $30+.

Everything about this experience was perfect. The pizzas were great, and the breadsticks & cheese sticks were not burned for once! Yay! It was raining & the manager came around & opened the door for me. He even held an umbrella over me so me & all the boxes didn’t get soaked! Thank you!

Went inside around 3:50 today and the older lady and the counter was very nice and took my number said she’d call wheb it was ready in 20 min, fast forward 30 minutes I called to check on my order and the lady said she gave it away , this being the wrong case when I asked she began being rude and catching an attitude when she made the mistake. Will not return , however the pizza was good.

First off, when I called they immediately put me on hold with must I say boring music. Second off, she answered with an attitude. And last but not least they are “out” of personal pan pizza aka little dough. And they had everything else but personal pan dough… I don’t understand the difference or misconceptions.

I ordered a PPP and a order of cheese bread. Once the delivery person finally got here (2 hours later) my cheese bread was stone cold. The PPP was luke warm. So there’s that I guess. It was a completely horrible experience. When I called to find out where my food was they were nice and said she is on her way. Then I called again once I got my cold food and I got a I’m sorry, I’ll let her know. 64 mins is not 120 mins. I’m just saying… (that’s what the delivery time said 64min) I dont usually mind a long wait as long as my food is hot. I literally ended up throwing $20 in the trash. Smh… do better please

I ordered through the app and it appeared it didn’t go through, which didn’t matter because I received nothing but great service from the staff. The manager corrected a mistake that was not theirs (it was the app acting up) and ordered my pizza. Friendly from the moment I walked in to when I got my pizza. It was hot, crispy and delicious!

Usually give great reviews but they were out of the cheese packets when I picked up my order. Service always pleasant. The person told me that somebody forgot to order the cheese packets. Go figure, it’s pizza you always have cheese packets on hand.
