I ordered the dinner box at 9:00p.m.& the website said that my order would be ready at 9:15…(Was kinda of suspicious, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt)…& I expected my food to be nice & hot, but yet when yet when I got home….My food was COLD!!!!!! 1st time ordering from y’all & this is what I get!! Ordered through app. My pizzas were ready in 10-15 mins. I like their boneless wings, though this time they were as covered in sauce and the toppings are always fresh. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I feel the dough could be cooked a bit longer. Soft dough causes the toppings on slip off. Cheese bread sticks were good too.

Pizza Hut needs to hire better employees. I placed an order for lunch on 12/9/21 at 11:15 am. The delivery time said 20-30 minutes. At 11:36 I got a text message saying my order was out for delivery. The pizza hut location is 3 minutes away from my job. At 11:52 I went to the guard shack where I normally get my orders from. My order wasn’t there. I checked the website and it updated saying my delivery time was 40-50 minutes. I called to cancel my order because my lunch break is 12-12:30. Barbara was whom I spoke to at pizza hut. She told me I had to refuse the order to get a refund. I went to my office with nothing to eat. At 12:15 I got a phone call from a total stranger at a different company telling me that the driver delivered my food there. I called back and spoke to Barbara again. She had to call me back when the driver returned. Both Barbara and the delivery driver argued with me about where she delivered my food. And now I have to wait 2-3 days for a refund to go in my account. This experience was horrible. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered pizza from the Morgan city store they took my order charged my account then called and said they did not deliver to bayou vista to call the Patterson store and place an order. They took my order and charged my account then called and said they didn’t have a delivery driver so they were canceling my order and would reimburse my account. That was on Friday and I’ve yet to receive any refund from either store and it Tuesday.

I’ve been waiting almost 2 hour and 30 minutes for my order. I’ve ordered Dominos. If you cannot pick up your phone when i call so y’all can inform me about my food, don’t deliver it. If you bring it here, i will NOT PAY. I called to cancel and, if you cannot answer the phone, don’t continue to deliver. App uninstalled and i am using Dominos App for now on

I ordered at 11:30am and was told my order would be ready at 12pm for carry out. I arrived to a store that was locked with no employees in sight and I had to call several times before someone answered the phone. The employee said she was not allowed to open the door and give me my order I had paid for. I had to wait for 20 minutes until a manager came to open the door. By then my lunch break was over. I returned to work and when we did eat the pizza it was very hard and tasted slightly burnt. Worst experience ever

Just wanted to say, have tried on few occasions to order Pan Pizza, every time out of dough. So had to try Dominos pan pizza, awesome puts Pizza Hut to shame, Fresh dough, plenty of toppings and cheese. Feel that has to be better than pre made dough that they run out of, there signature dish..update tried again even worse service. Wrong pizza and cold..then wouldn’t answer phones…..
