Absolutely trash. Had to go to the store to pick up a delivery order that was never delivered. 1 nice lady fixed the problem. Two people sitting around and a disrespectful man running his mouth the entire time until he realized I was sitting there. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Except the super nice lady that fixed the whole situation.

Pizza Hut , you need to fire that GM CHRIS , he is very rude yelling at his coworkers mistreating them, and also calling me and my family liars. We had a $60 order and we did not receive one of our pizzas at carry out, we had the receipt and he’s sitting there yelling to the top of his lungs where we can here “I already made that”. Refused to make our missing pizza for us so our other food got cold and it got so bad the front cashier just went and made it for us & he isn’t supposed to! This isn’t my first time witnessing Chris yell and talk down to his team members , he definitely does not deserve that high a position non the less a job with that behavior. Get a better GM that knows how to respect people like human beings and I bet this establishment would do 10x better!

I had just got back tonight on a 600 mile drive and I wanted Pizza Hut when I got home! I called in the order and the pizza was excellent! I was already worn out with some tired children, but this turned out perfectly! Definitely will order from again. Sorry the picture isn’t whole but the kiddos got to it first!

Ordered food to be delivered and did not receive all my food…went to the store (after paying for delivery) and was not treated like a customer….no sense of customer service what so ever….I wanted Domino’s and everyone else wanted Pizza Hut….never again

Pizza was left outside and two stray cats got into the pizzas. When ordering I didn’t select for my food to be left outside. Yes it’s an option if you want your food to be placed in front of your door but I didn’t select this option. Nobody rang my doorbell and the pizza tracker didn’t say a driver was approaching. I was only given a refund because I didn’t want to wait another two hours for more pizza for my hungry kids. Worst of the worst . Never order from here EVER

Poor service! I received pizzas 3 hours and 45 minutes later after placing order gor delivery. I ended up at store to do a pickup and still had an extremely long wait. Arrived at store to 15-20 people in lobby waiting. Ordered at 5:15pm and finally received order at 9pm. Ridiculous!!! Employees seemed nice but bewildered.
