Arrived at location at 8:10pm because placed an order and was supposed to be delivered at 6:56pm still had not arrived by 7:50pm, the place was fully closed… No lights, no people, only the carry out screen that showed people STILL ordering even though the place was closed. Call center no help because it was still registering online.

Phone call center (unlikely not in the US) took my order for carry out and advised 20-25 minutes to be ready. Still waiting 1:15 minutes later. Everyone in the location is having same issue. If you are out sourcing call in orders there should be a way the call center is aware of store delays. Manager not helpful at all.

My order is ALWAYS late! The location is about .2 miles away and my order has NEVER been delivered hot! Not once! It should be very convenient to order pizza for lunch but it comes cold and soggy AND late every time! Yep I day was my last attempt!

I ordered a pizza and was told it will be dilivered 4 hours later, I tried calling at least 10 times and no one answers, finally someone answers and transfers me to a manager so I can cancelle my order and the manager doesn’t answer either, when they finally answer they want to keep transferring me and eventually they start hanging up on me . All I want to do is cancelle my order and get my money back. I will never spend my money here ever again.

I am not sure who is running things at this location now, but I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:09pm received email confirmation with 6:40pm delivery time, and it didn’t arrive till 7:32pm. I tried to call to check on the status, and was routed to a Pizza Hut call center in San Antonio ♀️ I couldn’t even get someone at the local store on the phone. I guess they were busy! But, No call to say running late. The driver was apologetic when he arrived. I went to the site to return the pizza for a refund and the manager said, “Were busy”. That’s it, no apology, no trying to recover the situation, offer up anything for the long wait. Ultimately, I got my refund, didn’t ask for the tip back, but can’t say I’ll be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. I miss Papa John’s. How’s this place operating and there isn’t a Papa John’s nearby?! Oh well, Dominos it is then.
