We took the grandkids to this Pizza Hut. We had a great experience. The staff was not a bunch of children with attitudes but mature women when we were there. They actually cared about our experience! That is so foreign anymore that I felt a review was called for. The food was great and many seasoned citizens were there around 11:30 for the buffet. All the people around us were in good spirits from what I could see.

Ordered on the app. Got order and was missing all the toppings for my taco pizza. Called and had them send pizza with toppings. Got that taco pizza and it was wrong crust and not a chicken taco pizza. Called them back and they offered to reimburse money for entire order. Excepted their offer and never got the refund. Will never order from pizza hut in alliance NE again.

Sunday May 7th @9:00 p.m we order dinner from pizza hut, had a large stuffed crust with extra pepperoni, pineapple, and black olives and ordered 2 2oz sodas, about 30 minutes went by we got our food, driver forgot our drinks, our pizza WAS NOT cooked all the way and our pizza toppings were just thrown on when our pizza just came out of the oven, and we keep getting sick from there food!!!! So definitely will not be eating there ever again, and definitely would not and will not recommend to anyone!!!

We stopped in to eat after visiting Carhenge. It was awesome to see they still had a dining area and salad bar. McKenzie took our order and was our server. Very polite young lady. took our order and checked in on us periodically. Salad was good. pizza was hot and delicious. the decor reminded us of pizza hut from the 80’s. Loved it.

They had a bit of a rocky start when they moved to the new building and while I’ll always miss the old classic Hut building I have to say this Pizza Hut has really been swinging it out of the park as of late! Even highly custom orders have been perfectly made, the food, no matter if pizza or pasta or the like, always arrives hot and fresh, and they seem to have really been working on their delivery times as well because the last few have been quite quick on top of everything else. Easily a 5 star for this Pizza Hut.
