Only 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. This is the second time in a row now that I have ordered and have gotten the wrong order. I can understand if you run out of a product, but not telling the customer and giving them something different doesn’t sit well with me. When I ask for original pan, I mean it. I don’t want thin crust or hand tossed if I didn’t ask for it. Fix yourselves, it’s sad Casey’s is better now. A gas station has you guys beat.

Nice, quiet and clean spot. Service was good and so was the pizza. Have had a hard time finding a solid pan pizza from Pizza Hut for a long time this place did a solid job

Very terrible service! They never have anything you want any more (Stuffed Crust!). On the other hand, our server, Bailey, made us wait awhile and she wasn’t even wearing a Pizza Hut uniform. She also likes to talk mean about her coworkers who already seemed stressed out as is. The only thing that was good was the food we received (despite not being what we wanted) and the other employees.

Very poor service. Stopped in today and our server bailey was just horrible. Acting like we were putting her out by coming in.slamming things down on the table and Never checked on us and spent more time on her phone than checking on us.

Server was rude. Rolled her eyes, forgot my drink then made me get it myself out of the cooler (even though it had a note saying EMPLOYEES ONLY). Food was mediocre. Undercooked pizza. Very little seasoning on breadsticks. I paid & tipped online in advance. She did not thank me for the 25% tip or anything. I expect better service!

Amazingly awesome customer service. Telephoned to ask if this business could accommodate wheelchairs on a Saturday evening, for my father and I was advised the company has a party room that could be reserved at no cost. This restaurant was aware that it was just for my parents, along with his brother and sister-in-law. This Pizza Hut went so far above and beyond beautiful service, catering to my family, I can’t imagine how or what they could do to improve-absolutely the best!
