I’ve tried pizza huts around the Omaha area and have been very disappointed. Saw the $9.99 sale and was going to see family in Columbus so gave it a try. Well first of all actually had great customer service, offering me cheese, pepper, even plates/napkins. Then the pizza literally took be back in the 90’s when Pizza Hut was on top of everything. It was so glorious, the staff there should train other Pizza Hut locations

This was the most horrible experience we have had with Pizza Hut! We ordered pizza for a staff meeting for 17 people that was to be here at 11:30 am….the Pizza didn’t show up until the meeting was over at 12:45!!!!

Very dissatisfied tonight when I got my pizza hut delivered. I got a big dinner box and the cheesesticks and cinna sticks weren’t even cut. I asked for half Canadian bacon on the pizza and it was all Canadian. When I called them to speak to a manager, I got hung up on. I will never order from here again!

I received an email for 30% off pizza so I ordered one and never received my discount. Very very disappointed, I won’t be ordering for a long time this absolutely infuriated me. Be careful if you get an email from them saying you get a discount because you may not!!!

My daughter placed a huge order and mistakenly sent it to her address and my family made 6 phone calls and all those phone calls they hung up on my family and when I get a hold of them I told him that he better not hang up on me and he better listen to what I have to say, I told him that the order needs to be changed to the correct address and he said that he needed to put me on hold and I said he better not hang up on me or the order is cancelled and he got back to me and I said now that we all 6 of my family got hung up on what is my discount and he said that he can’t give me a discount and wanted to give me corporate number and I said no that I want it now!! He said that he couldn’t give it to me and I said that the order of $80.00 is cancelled!!!

We have bought pizzas here a handful of times, they have been pretty good, only reason for the 4 stars is because every time we have gone inside to place the order, the place looks more like someone’s house than a restaurant (a lot of employees hoodies, personal items and other things on the tables and around the place) they just put a sign to say dine in is closed due to staff shortage which we understand but I believe that’s not a reason to have the place like that, they should still try to hold the restaurant image

Ordered carryout. Arrived 2-3 minutes after the quoted time, instead of my order being done, I find out that they didn’t make half of my order. So I had to wait 8 additional minutes to get the other half of my food. They didn’t discount my order, comp any drinks or anything for their screw-up.

Not a very positive experience at the local Pizza Hut. I called from 5 miles outside of town five different times and the phone would continue to ring and no one picked up. When I went in to order my pizza the same thing, I heard the phone ring on two separate occasions for at least a minute and a half before anyone picked up.
