Happy I went in to get my pizza instead of delivery so that I could see how absolutely disgusting it is in this store in Omaha me on Emmet st (108th maple) It smelled horrible like wet dirty towels. I didn’t smell any pizza! The floors, walls and surfaces of everything was visibly dirty. The warming ovens that hold pizzas looked as though they were wiped with a dirty rag because of all the smear marks. The cash register was greasy and dusty at the same time. It was corroded with grease and dust as if it had never been cleaned. What made me leave was all the trash both in and out of bags and last but not least all of the flys! So many flys.

Ordered pizza at 8pm, never received it, never received a phone call telling me they canceled the order. Next day I tried calling their store multiple times during business hours and no one answered. Had to drive to their store to deal with a pizza they charged me for but never delivered. Do better, atleast call if you are going to cancel people’s orders.

Weird for a place in this day and age to not have delivery options and also use DoorDash or Grubhub. They say they deliver but any time you try and set up delivery it’s “currently unavailable”. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered somewhere else because it can’t be delivered from Pizza Hut

Hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut for years. Used to go when it offered dining. Ordered carryout. The app said would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Guy at the counter was friendly and thanked me for my order. Great tasting pizza.

I was told I couldn’t put a place in order while I was at the counter at 6 PM because you’re too busy on deliveries. They said it be about 45 minute wait that’s why they couldn’t do it I said no problem. And then they told me there’s no hand tossed and they had to charge me the up charge for pan because they’re out of hand tossed so I would get charge extra for them not having supplies. Seems really really inconvenient really sad to see service go this bad.

This really is the worst Pizza Hut to order from. They never answer their phone and they take forever delivering your order. They always forget the sauces that I add to my order and when I told the delivery driver that my sauces weren’t there yet again he just looked at me with a dumb look on his face, didn’t offer to bring me some back or anything. It’s not even about them forgetting sauces though, it’s the worst customer service they offer.

Pizza Hut advertises a tamper proof seal for deliveries. My pizza didn’t have a tampered proof seal when it was delivered. What am I supposed to think? I almost got my door – driver fired. It turns out they just stopped using the tamper proof seal even though the tweet advertising it is still up.
