Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I placed an order at 7:55pm and it was delivered at 9:27pm. They delivered the WRONG pizza and the breadsticks were cold and had a liquid (?) on top of them?? I tried calling the restaurant to demand a refund and they never answered.

I refuse to give any stars! I am working late night tonight and have no way to leave to get food. I ordered pizza hut because it just sounded so good. I placed my order and 2 hours later am unable to get ahold of the store to speak with anyone! I received a text stating my order was on its way and well now an hour has gone by since that test. I have repeatedly called the store with no answer whatsoever. I have a order confirmation email from pizza hut along with a confirmation order number. This is absolutely unacceptable and they need to be held accountable for their mess up! I will never order from them again, and will be reporting them to the BBB!

The driver I had was great! Unfortunately the food was 30 mins late and when I called to talk a manager the man on the phone had the worst attitude and hung up on me after. The driver in formed me that my food was put into a different warmer for 20 mins. We had no sauces for the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. The didn’t bring the soda I had asked for. I called 4 times before anyone answered the phone. Completely unprofessional. As a restaurant manager I would never let my employees interact with a customer in this way.

We each got a melt. They were very good. The counter server was very nice. I’d eat here again. It’s take out only but it was such a nice day we found a nearby park and had a picnic. Thanks guys for helping with a nice day.

Very tasty pizza, like what I remember as a kiddo. I appreciated the fluffy pan crust, and that it’s sturdy enough to keep shape. They were generous with toppings as well. Friendly staff too

Literally the worst Pizza Hut. Cannot get through to ask for a refund. I was on the hold listening to their pizza deals for almost 30 minutes. We picked up and wait time was adequate. Should have checked our order before we left. Pasta was like it was cooked days ago and left uncovered in the fridge. Those noodles we crispy, couldn’t eat. Marinara was just tomato juice like someone opened up V8 and poured it in a cup. Wasn’t sure if our pepperoni sauce was made with V8 juice either so I didn’t eat any of it. Our cheese pizza was supposed to have marinara sauce, not their stinky cheese sauce. Double checked our receipt to see if I made a mistake but no it was on there with marinara. Our cheese sticks weren’t burnt this time!!

The pizza is good, although the pan crust is usually underdone. My biggest issue, however, is that the website hasn’t been working, the app is a joke, and I simply can’t order with my rewards points which I have a ton of. What’s even the point? Calling to order is a nightmare, people are so rude. Y’all are losing a lot of business for want of a simple, functioning website that’s been down for a while now. So lame.

First off . This location will NEVER get my money again . I picked up my order came home and the pizza was not fresh at all . It seems like it was sitting out for a long time.. just horrible . Called and let them know I was not satisfied.. he asked if I wanted to speak to a manager . I said sure then I was hold for 25 MINUTES!! Yea they had me all thee way messed up . Hi we placed a delivery order. It told us it was out for delivery. We waited an hour and a half and it did not arrive. We went to go pick it up. They refunded us but would not give us the pizza. How is this a way to run a business? (We were also told we could reorder and they would make it)?!?! Also they refused to refund the delivery fee.

Sure, if you want clumps of dirt with a side of your mushrooms, this is your go to place. Nothing quite like taking a bite and getting a mouth full of dirt. Upon inspection, there’s a clump of dirt along with some sprinkles on the whole pizza. Definitely won’t be back.
