This is the best pizza hut. I ordered delivery yesterday and for my two large pizzas with breadsticks via delivery it arrived in around half an hour, super hot, perfect, the breadsticks nice and crispy it was all so delicious, Especially the stuffed crust!!. I recommended it to my friend and will definitely call them again next time I want pizza.

Excellent pizza. Got the hand tossed with fresh mushrooms and green peppers. Crust was soft and delicious and loved the mushrooms. Wait staff was very attentive and even put the ball game on for us. Beer was good as well.

My pizza was GARBAGE. I’ve never had a PIZZA this TERRIBLE IN MY LIFE. And they have the AUDACITY to have the phones UNPLUGGED. So they think my COMPLAINT falls on DEAF EARS BUT IT DOESNT. Sauce wasn’t on every slice, the pizza is JUST BARELY cooked enough to NOT BE RAW, BUT ITS BORDERLINE. Toppings clumped together like they were dumped out of a bag. Not tasty AT ALL, and i USED TO WORK AT PIZZA HUT IN NORTH EAST MD, this WOULDNT fly at my location! Do better!!!

We got wings, bread sticks, and a sausage pizza. It was all very good. I was so glad because they last time I got breadsticks from a pizza hut express they were not very good. And I generally love them. But this place did them perfectly. Awesome job. Thank y’all.

I am working out of town, worked late ordered late. I ordered delivery THIN crust pizza and it was made with Pan crust. They rushed the order because they wanted to get off work obviously. I called and called and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The call center just left me on hold with the repetition of the automated Pizza Hut recording they have (20 minutes) I called the call center twice and I said 1 sentence both transferred me. (The call center needs to slow down before they do what they do). I had to call the other number you find online to complain. I still am waiting to find out about this issue. I am supposed to be at work at 10AM. Pizza Hut opens at 10:30AM. I’ll be there at 10:30AM with THIS PIZZA they delivered to me last night. At times being relentless is a necessity to get the quality of service you deserve. This is one of them.

I was there with a large group. I can’t believe how fast they got our order out of 12 larg pizzas plus salads and drinks. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop by there again when in town.

Absolutely atrocious customer service!!!! My wife ordered a melt and it was not given to us until after everyone at our table had eaten AND after we had paid the bill!!!!!! When I approached the shift manager, she knew nothing of the situation and did nothing but apologize and offer to remake the melt which would have taken even more time. She had no problem spending the majority of the time we were there talking with one customer who was very apparently a friend. No attempt be a manager, but did say she would discuss with the line cooks and lone server to improve. Absolutely a joke!!!

We are very happy with the updated dining room at the Pizza Hut in Blair. Bread sticks are the reason why we keep coming back. The personal pan pizza still tastes the same as it did in the 80′ s and 90’s. My husband enjoys the thin crust pizza. This way we both get what we like. The only concern I have is our server said that they no longer cut the bread sticks so I had to encourage her to cut them since they are not an easy to pull apart appetizer. On a side note: I worked at Pizza Hut as a server when they upgraded to this style of bread sticks in 1991 and it was part of the training to use the rocker knife to cut the sticks. It only makes sense to create an ease for patrons to enjoy their appetizer.

We went to have dinner tonight and we’re told sit where we’d like. We sit down and three groups come and get served before we even got menus as the waiters walked by us seeing we had no drinks or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous! Poor management and employees. 15 minutes went by before we gather our stuff up and our daughter and walked out with out anyone saying a word!
