We decided to try The Big New Yoker Pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were super cheesy, crispy and very delicious. The pizza was crispy and very good. The kids enjoyed the super large thin slices. Customer service was courteous and friendly.

Avoid this pizzahut at all cost my order was 45mins late wrong and the order was cold they remade but refused to give me a refund terrible manager by the name of Jason and he called his manager Jess to explain what happened to the order she refused to give a refund also. I also asked for a corporate number which they didn’t have or want to give.Terrible experience I gave the remake to a homeless I saw please save your money and take it to a place that will value there guest.

This was pretty bad. To start with, we had breadsticks in our order that was supposed to come with the sauce; we never got the sauce. The pizzas we ordered were missing 90% of the toppings, and the toppings that did get put on there were far and few between. An ENTIRE pizza had 3 mushrooms total. THREE. I ordered extra tomatoes and couldn’t even find a single tomato on there. The order said 45 minutes to pick up, I got there within 30 minutes of ordering it and it was cold and the cheese was hard like it had been sitting for a few hours. Really disappointed.

This store uses a 3rd party to deliver their pizzas. Did not receive my delivery so I called the store, they would not research the original delivery, redeliver or refund. I was left to call the store manager–THE NEXT DAY. (What about my kids dinner tonight?) Terrible customer service!!!

I’m sorry to say it like this but I’ve gone there for the past three Sundays and they never have any deals like in other Pizza Huts like the mixer match or two or more for $6.99 or 799 or any carry out deals I’m just tired of it that I have to pay like $14 for two pizzas I always get pizza and breadsticks and soda for my kids and I’m paying like $50 for pizza and everything instead of them giving me a deal knowing that I’ve been going there and I’ve always ordered if you guys check out my phone number I’ve always ordered at Pizza Hut all the time and I’m sorry to say it but that’s going to be the last Sunday that I go back to this Pizza Hut because I can never get deals at all and it’s annoying because if you know that a customer goes there numerous of times it’s like you know give them a deal and they don’t and they don’t open at the time they say they’re going to open at 10:30 they’re open time is at 11:00 every Sunday

My carry out order was taken with a delivery order, so I had to wait an extra 25 minutes while they remade my order. The manager was highly unprofessional, yelling at the workers in the kitchen and telling me multiple times to “grab a free 2 liter.” I kept telling them I don’t want a 2 liter. I told her to make sure the cinnabons I ordered with my meal were at least fresh when I get my remade order. I finally received my food and had to bring it back inside because it wasn’t even edible looking plus the cinnabons were cold. I had ordered the new pepperoni lovers pizza melt and it was a cheesy, sloppy, pepperoni mess. I didn’t want to wait longer, so I took it inside and told them this situation was ridiculous and unacceptable. When I was out in my car, I noticed the manager smiling and laughing after I returned my order to her. She claimed she credited my account, but there is no credit. I will not be returning to this place and cannot even believe the lack of professionalism displayed by this manager to me and her employees.

This store has just gone downhill. They have not had delivery for about a year now and I think at one point this year the location was closed for a few months because of staffing issues. How can you claim to have delivery but never actually deliver for MONTHS to over a year? The disrespect this pizza hut has given to our community is immense and falls on the shoulders of the manager, the regional manager and even the franchise owner. Either fix your business or pack up and get out of Bellevue. This place just hasn’t been the same since Ron, Jeremiah, Logan, Jackie and Justin were running the place.
