Purchased a a pizza hut melt this evening from Hays, Kansas, Pizza Hut about 5:30 PM. and I ordered the new cheesesteak melt which is supposed to have grilled sirloin, steak, Green, peppers, onion, and garlic. Parmesan sauce comes with one ranch, dipping sauce, limited time. As you can see from the picture, I had two small strips of steak I did not receive any ranch dressing. It only had about three strips of green pepper and four strips of onion. I also ordered cinnamon sticks along with my order. They were good, but not exactly pleased with the melt product thank you Luann

like, what is this. I ordered Boneless garlic chicken wings. There’s sauce splattered all over the container and none on the chicken wings. I just got plan chicken wings. I also got a pepsi with the order and total was $20.30, so not worth it. although the doordash guy was really nice. still disappointed though.

Takes no responsibility for messing up on orders. Keep delivering our orders to wrong address and takes forever to gst a refund. Service needs to be better instead of blaming others over the phone.

Usually the staff are very fast and nice. Today was not the case. I got online to order my pizza at about 6:20pm. Was told it would be 15 minutes to pickup. I got there later, in case they were busy. Then preceded to wait out front with 3 other people who had ordered. No one came out from the back end to check on anyone and the guy who had apparently gotten there first said no one had been out to check for almost 20 minutes. I finally got my order at 7pm, but didn’t even receive a receipt. The guy that had been there the longest actually left and pulled away as I was leaving. The kid that brought me my order was nice. He said he was sorry for the wait and told me to enjoy my evening. I felt bad that they were behind, but they had my phone number and email. I wish they could have contacted me to let me know the order was delayed. We had an appointment at 7pm and ended up being late and eating cold pizza almost 2 hours later. Just not the best night for our Hays Pizza Hut order.

The staff Alexa was very kind and helpful. I had donated 20 pizzas to my childrens graduation party/dance. I went in person to make sure i placed such a large order correctly and was going to be delivered to the correct place at the proper time. I asked about getting my reward points for this extremely large order. The staff said “I’m sorry I can’t get a receipt right now”. However, I went back in a few days later she was able to print a receipt out for me and gave me a phone number to call customer service to ask that the points to be added. Cundomer service said the points weren’t added because they didn’t have my phone number or my name. I sent a copy of the receipt circle the top in red that has my name in phone number on it. That is how I place the order in the first place. Due to the fact that I ordered 20 pizzas and paid for them personally I thought it would be nice to have a few extra reward points to use in the future. That being said, customer service refuses to give any points because they have my old home landline phone number listed, it’s been disconnected for probably five years. Even though all of my information is at the top and is correct with my app they refused to give me any points. I guess I should’ve never gone and ordered in person with the Pizza Hut staff. I’m sure the pizzas were good but the service and customer service, that is not even located in Hays, is even worse. I’m no longer going to be a Pizza Hut customer, I can call dominoes and go there and they can make it right no matter what every time! Very disappointing that they are not willing to give me the points for spending $200 plus on pizzas for the special occasion. This was a dance that was put on strictly by the parents so everything was donated. The least Pizza Hut could’ve done was give me the points I paid for.
