Ordered delivery on the app. Waited an hour and still nothing. Had hungry crying toddlers so I went to go pick it up. Lady at the window said they don’t do delivery. She then couldn’t find my order then I’m guessing the manager found it and said they tried to call which I didn’t receive a call. Then told me it wasn’t even made yet. Will not be ordering from here again. I understand you’re short staffed but needs better organization and better communication ♀️

I just had Supper at the Ellsworth Pizza Hut because today was a fundraiser for Cancer Foundation. Pizza Hut is giving 10% to them. I had one of my favorites- taco pizza! Yummy

We dined in and it was awesome! Had excellent service from Marshall who was very attentive and quick! I had the most toppings I’ve ever had on a pizza! And it came out fast!

Over the phone service was slow. The phone was put down for a minute and a half before she picked it up again. Ordered ranch and never got them. Called 45 minutes after original order, and was told “Oh” it done and it’ll be out shortly. Pizza wasn’t hot, and the hotel was only 1.5 miles from Pizza Hut. They forgot about the order. Can’t even blame small town, cause that seems to be the pattern everywhere these day. Lack of responsibility, caring, work ethic, drive, and ownership for your actions.

I ordered 3 pizzas. One with wing sauce, one with white sauce and one with red sauce. We couldn’t find the sauce or taste it on any of them. They remade our pizzas and they were exactly the same the second time. We couldn’t taste the sauce or find the sauce. After 50.00 we didn’t eat it and just ordered Casey’s. I didn’t trust returning it a 3rd time.

This pizza hut is awesome,. Manager and staff at this location have a great attitude. They care about the customer. They are friendly and ask how our meal and visit was. This manager knows how to run a pizza hut and cares. Better do whatever it takes to keep him or just bulldoze the place. Visiting this pizza hut brings back memories from when I worked at pizza hut, the manager worked the kitchen and floor where needed and was friendly. Not hiding in the office like the last 3 managers at this location.

Two weeks ago Pizza Hut delivered damaged pizza to me. I was reimbursed by a $12.00 credit in my account.I was informed by the manager that the next time I ordered in the app it would automatically take the $12.00 off the total. Didn’t happen. I was informed that the $12.00 was never put in my account and it wouldn’t work in the app anyway. This is how this pizza hut treats it’s customers. I tip the drivers well. I have even put up with the increase in delivery charge. Not anymore. So long Hut.
