Just received the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. One large thin crust three topping- not done, limp crust, and cost almost $22. It was gross! Also, why is there NEVER anyone at the drive up window? Wait and wait and finally have to push the buzzer every time

I ordered my food at 8:09 P.M and waited about an hour until I started to call them in order to figure out what was going on with my food. I was calling for around 20 minutes before I gave up and decided to drive to the store myself. Mind you my order online had said that it was on it’s way yet when I arrived to the store it hadn’t even been taken off the shelf. I can only assume that my order had been sitting there for around 30-40 minutes. After waiting for so long I decided to take my DELIVERY order to my house myself. Food was cold and stale making it almost inedible. Absolutely appalling customer service which made the experience a definite never again scenario.

Came in to order carryout tonight, we sat at the table while we waited. We ordered cheesybread sticks, 1 pizza and some pasta. After a few minutes of waiting an employee comes out and gives us a box and says “it’s your lucky day, these aren’t the freshest cheese sticks but they are extra for you tonight!” And walked off. The manager comes out gives us our pizza and pasta order and informs me the cheese sticks given to us previously was our order of breadsticks. And we were not going to get fresh bread sticks. The pasta came out with barely any sauce and BURNT! very dissatisfied and disappointed! I don’t know that we will be back.

It took 2 hours for me to get my pizza and wings. Order was placed at 6:01 didn’t get them until 7:50. The Lady Rose on the phone could not help me. She said she had no idea if i had placed an order or not. I said ok well i got charged and i got an email. She still couldn’t tell me until she talk to the delivery driver, when they got back.She said she left it on the porch. She obviously went to the wrong house. No Discount or anything was offered. She had my phone number. Rose sounded very bothered like I was the one with the issue when i just tried to feed my hungry kids. After we had to wait almost two hours to get our food. The food was cold and i felt they did not rush to get it to us right away after their mistake. I didn’t even get an apology. I wish that i was reached out to or at least the delivery fee was waved but i’m very unhappy. The gentleman that brought the food was nice he said the delivery driver definitely left it at a blue house.which isn’t ours.
