Went for dine in once and waited about 15 minutes just to be seated then about 45 mins for our order to be taken and brought out. Order was the sloppiness pizza I’ve ever seen from a pizza hut. I know dine in at pizza places is not a normal thing any more but you need to either choose to have dine in or not. If you have dine in you need an employee to take care of dine in guests. Will not be returning.

While the service was fast and friendly, and the pizza we ordered was also quite good, we were pretty disappointed and disturbed to find that one of our boneless wings was not completely cooked. Management did contact me quickly and offered a credit to the store, but as were just passing through, this wasn’t a helpful resolution. We didn’t expect compensation anyway, but did want to warn others to check their chicken before consuming.

We got a large pepperoni and beef pizza for lunch. The server was very nice and helpful. The pizza tasted really good, but was really greasy. Overall, it was okay.

This restaurant was in a small town in Kansas everything where I’m from is All digital and stupid this was a really cool restaurant reminded me of the 80s I would love to be able to go there more often the young lady who helped us with our pies and drinks was awesome I wish I’d caught her name she deserves to be mentioned

The Meat Lovers Pan pizza we had this evening was exceptional. It was served hot, with the crust light and perfect just as it should be. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut over other locations. We will be back!

Awesome since 1972…just ten then and everytime I order it’s like I can’t help getting anxious with anticipation but I don’t even care because I know my pizza will be sooo good. . . . and the cycle continues.

I ordered on line (10-16-22) was for my birthday party. I ordered almost $130 worth of stuff that didn’t get delivered. When I called they said they never got the order. Not only was my bank account charged once, but twice!! So now I had almost $260 worth of charges to my account and no pizza! Thankfully I had enough money to call in and order over the phone , and my account was charged a third time. I was told once the third charge went through then the other two would fall off. That didn’t happen until the 19th so I had over $300 tied up in pizza for 3 days!! When I called Nebraska to make a complaint the lady said she would talk to her IT guys, there was nothing she could do, she was sorry and good luck!!! No compensation! No nothing!! My guest waited over 2 1/2 hours to eat!!! Needless to say, it put a damper on my birthday party!!
