Went to the one one hillside and they didn’t let me order and said that the app wasn’t working. so I went to this pizza hut and they were very nice. the app didn’t work so they took my order and then gave me my 2 pizzas for FREE. The workers were very nice and understanding ☺️

Love it had very few issues in past but overall their great in timing and food fresh. And even when don’t ask for extra cheese the cheese on the pizzas still cover the pizza with regular cheese how it’s suppose too. Thankful for that.

Done with pizza hut! We have given them too many times to get better, and they never do! From getting the wrong order to delivering it to the wrong house and not getting everything we ordered and payed for. When you call about it all you get is an attitude from the employees including the manager. Pizza hut is WAY over priced anyway! Papa Johns and Godfathers have much better pizza and prices!

Very bad experience. No one at the store would answer the phone it took us calling another Pizza hut store having another manager call the store to see why our Pizza was late. Pizza arrived cool not even warm.

Ordered cheese Bread sticks and they covered it with cinnamon. Called 4 times and no answered. Called the contact number on the website and was told they would get back to me in 1 to 2 business days. Won’t be ordering from pizza hut anymore.

Placed an order at 5:03pm and the website said it was out for delivery and estimated to arrive at 5:33pm. At 6:05pm I called and the manager said it was out for delivery. At 6:30pm I went to the store and watched them not answer the phone as I called multiple times in a row. 6:45pm a driver comes out of the store with four orders in which none of them were mine. As of 7:41pm still no answer or delivery of what I paid for. Will be calling their corporate tomorrow for my refund and to file a complaint. They are pure garbage at the Olive location Pizza Hut. Don’t waist your money cuz they won’t deliver your order.

I ordered online which that was all self-explanatory. I called two add a request because I had forgotten to put it on the notes. The person I talked to was nice and professional. They got to be time and after the time that pizza was supposed to be here and I called and I got told that I was going to be a little bit later which was the weather out I understand that. They told me that it would be a little bit later not a problem. I called back after that time and get told that there was a mistake and that it would be sent out with the next driver. And if there was anything that they could do to help with that. The GM was professional about it and the y added something extra for the problem so we were taking care of professionally. The driver that delivered it was very exceptional done a fantastic job was courteous and professional and apologetic that it was running so late overall except for the timeline it was good service

Ordered 2 Italian Sausage Stuffed Crust pizzas on Thanksgiving Eve about 40 minutes until closing and I picked them up like 5 minutes before closing and honestly it was the best pizza I’ve had in a while. The GM Darby can easily earn employee of the year. I got to meet the young man who made my pizzas and I thanked him because they looked delicious when Darby opened the boxes to show me if my order was right, and I love how the young man told me.. I made them with love. Yes you did. May God BLESS the three employees who were there in the name of Jesus. Thank you for your service, your love, and hospitality. Food was old and not hot. Simple order: just a personal pan and breadsticks. Carryout wait time was 40 minutes, I’m assuming my order was done long before that. Clearly it had been sitting in the warmer for a half hour.

Ordered delivery, it was not the food I order. Called to get the actual food delivered. They said they wont deliver it and I had to come get it. After I got my kids in the car and drove there, again they didnt make the correct food. Now what should have taken 30 minutes from me ordering, to my kids and I enjoying dinner, has now gone on for over an hour. Plus I’ve gotten nothing but attitude from every employee I had the unfortunate privilege to encounter.
