I ordered online. When I got there they didn’t have the pizza. Told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked them if it could be delivered (had 4 kids in the car). She got an attitude about it and said I would have to pay for delivery. I explained that it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have my pizzas and it stayed online for hey we’re ready. She then had more attitude and went to get manager. He was very nice (reason for 3 stars instead of 1) He put it out for delivery with no charge. Pizza was old and cold when I got it.

Hot food, made fresh, I did pickup and it was ready on time. There was a problem with my order I found when I got home. Since it was late at night they were closed. Called the next day and they took care of it without any issues. Great customer service.

I ordered chicken Alfredo at 9:06 and finally got my food at 9:41. When I opened the container it was less than half full. I immediately called to tell them that I was not satisfied but got no answer. I’m very disappointed with their service.

I was picking up a doordash order and when I walked in I wasn’t greeted for a good 5 minutes while two men ran around the restaurant frantically. Finally I was greeted by a nice young man who seemed to be running the restaurant by himself. The other guy must have been a delivery driver because he was doing absolutely nothing. Ignored me and the 2 other guests who walked in behind me. Worried about his pay or getting money, more than he was about the customers. A few minutes later, what I assumed was the manager, walked in cussing and complaining about all his staff calling in. He immediately ran to the back and was throwing things around and cussing and yelling so loud that we could all hear him in the front. I work in the restaurant industry as well and know how it is so I definitely understand being frustrated and short staffed. But for the manager to be acting like a 5 year old child throwing a tempertantrum was very unprofessional. I have never witnessed a manager acting this way and I have worked in many many restaurants. The phone rang for the entire 25 minutes i was there. People in the drive through wernt being helped. And I ended up leaving without picking up my order. The kid who was working alone before the manager arrived was trying his best. But I cannot believe the way that manager was acting and if I were in charge I would fire him and promote the young man who remained calm and professional and helpful. I would imagine the manager is the reason his entire staff felt the need to not show up today.

I went in to pick up 2 personal pan pizzas and the guy dishing up the pizzas never acknowledged me or apologized for them being short staffed or asked for my patience while they prepared my food. I watched a worker get flustered and angry at the person in the drive up window that he threw their pizza in the trash and then threw down a pack of straws on the ground so there was over 100 straws all over the kitchen. I literally had to walk into the kitchen to get his attention and ask for me pizza. He was annoyed with me, asked me my name very curtly and then threw my pizzas in the bag to send me on my way. It looked like they were under staffed but don’t let that affect how you serve your customers. I’m definitely going to go to another pizza location from here on out.

This was our 1st delivery order from PH. WOW! It arrived on-time, HOT, the driver was VERY courtous and thoughtful ( she parked atr the end of our very long driveway so as not to possibly leave any fluid drippings), and the pizza was GREAT! Job well-done all around!
