Called an order in and went to pick it up. The door was open but no one was there…Called the number again and was told they were not open. I asked why I was able to place an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes!! Disappointing!

This Pizza Hut is the worst. I think it is because they are in a small town and know we don’t have options. Casey’s is much better. They called because of how I put something in on an order… I told them it was a mistake and they said they wouldn’t fix it because it was already made… then said it would be 10 minutes because they ran out of lettuce. So, they made it and wouldn’t add cheese or remake it, but made me wait for them to go buy lettuce before I could pick it up.

(Amanda Lankard) Ordered a pizza at 5:30. Said out for delivery at 5:48. Called at 6:12 they said my order was out for delivery and she had a stop before me. Called back at 6:30 to get an update. Story changed and my order WASNT out for delivery the last time I called (and I wasn’t offered to just pick it up). So here we are an hour after I ordered. And 45 minutes after it said out for delivery with still no pizza.

We placed an online order for pickup tonight and were told as soon as we arrived that there was an issue with the ovens and it would be a 10 minute wait. We had no problem with the delay and upon returning to the store the worker graciously comped our meal as a way of apologizing for having to wait! Thank you very much for your generosity!

Food is good most of the time. Don’t order any Spinach on your pizza though. I don’t know how long they keep it but it always tastes a bit spoiled when I get it… Steer clear of that and no complaints here!

I was just told that Pizza Hut no longer has Book It pizza’s. That the no longer have personal pan pizza’s. What this has been a forever staple. You need to let people you have given these coupons to that you no longer accept these!
