If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two melts and redeemed my free “cheesesticks.” The order was late and this is what I got. It does no good to order a melt if I’ve got to warm it back up to re-melt the cheese. Look at these cheesesticks. No manager should be letting food like this leave the kitchen and be delivered to paying customers. Deplorable…

I waited over an hour for an order and about 40 minutes in called the store to be met with a bad attitude and poor customer service skills. I called again at the hour mark and the phone rang through to the Pittsburgh call center. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this store and now I know it won’t be the last. Very disappointed.

Went for lunch after church an ordered the stuff crust supreme and it smelled like bleach, an tasted like bleach, they remade it an as it got cold again tasted like bleach. Never even got a discount for our trouble. Brought home what was left an it still tasted like bleach gross.

I would have given it a 5 but the salad bar I love so much was not open, however it is the best Pizza Hut I have found in a long time! The pizza reminded me of when I was a kid. My family and I went to Pizza Hut in Covington, LA almost every Sat! This was so much better than the take out only places and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Looking forward to getting the salad bar back!
